I can't breathe. I take a two millisecond breathe in at MOST right now, I'm exhausted. I'm so tired and this place has put people on the back burner more than once. I've got days without SSRI's because of them, but now an actual life threatening situation and they are handling it like I'm begging for drugs. It's am beyond besides myself. I just want to be able to breathe without stressing every month about people doing their FUCKING JOB. FUCK WHITE WILSON. DONT USE THEM. They do NOT care about you. The doctors do NOT care about you.

My husband and I came in for sleep apnea and needed our machines adjusted. She asked my husband several times what he was there for. He told her his mask blows off. He answered her and she asked him about 8 times why he was there. TO SEE A DOCTOR.... I tried to explain several things to her and she told me she was not talking to me and continued to be extremely rude to my husband. He was getting close to unloading on her so I told her we Were leaving. I heard Dr. Nunez is great but I guess we won't be finding out because we won't be back. I thank Dr. Ros for finding out what my heart issue's were and extending my life for many more year's to come. Dr. Ros was also extremely instrumental in helping my beautiful Son, Judd Heath. Judd, needed an aortic valve replacement and is doing extremely well. I thank God for giving us Dr. Ros and his wealth of knowledge for extending both our lives. We are both incredibly blessed. I'd also like to thank Dr. Ros' nurse Bhenreenah, she is such a beautiful soul. Bhenreenah also went above and beyond and was able to help me obtain the right appointment's for extended care for my Son. We both had appointments this morning: she at 9:20 to review labs and my initial consult at 11:20. We went together since we have a single car and live on Okaloosa Island. The receptionist met us with a smile and was able to combine our two appointments into a single meeting with Dr. Ros. Talk about customer service!!! Completely eliminated a 2-hour wait for me. Good on ya, Marilyn! Dr. Ros impressed both of us with his caring attitude, professionalism and willingness to spend the time with us necessary to answer our questions and leave us feeling great about our decision to make him our primary physician. We both wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Gustavo Ros for anyone needing an internist.

The issue I have is that they refuse to authorize my pharmacy to a refill of a prescription for a low dose statin that their Dr. prescribed (for a one year term refilled every 90 days) without seeing me and getting new labs - In other words, they want me to pay for an appointment and new labs that my insurance will only cover once per year....because their employee left. But they have the labs, which is what providers use to determine whether the prescription is warranted. Statins are literally the most prescribed medication in the US and they have all the evidence to validate a simple refill but are trying to force me to pay a significant out of pocket expense to get it.
