I was supposed to have cataract surgery in January, but ended up getting heart stents. I was…read morereleased in March by my cartologist to have the surgery. They told me that it was their policy for me to wait six months even though I had been released in March. They called yesterday and wanted me to come in for another evaluation so that they can get paid for two evaluations. They can't get me an appointment until September. I didn't know that an eye surgeon knows more than a cartologist. If I would take the appointment in September it probably would be another three to four months to get the surgery and by that time they probably would want another evaluation. They have a good racket going to get double paid. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

A lot of the same styles, but much better than Eye Express and Walmart and Sam's Club. The ladies were all really nice and helpful. We ended up buying three pairs of glasses, two for my little sister with the back-to-school deal (saved us $200), and one pair for me with my specialized lenses. They got the first pair of glasses done in exactly 24 minutes, the next 29 minutes, and the other came soon after. I wish they sold contacts so I could get them here, but oh well, not a big deal. I'll just try 1800Contacts like the lady suggested.

Spent around 1,200 dollars here on 1 pair of eyeglasses. First of all extra services were done over…read moreinsurance and I was not informed of the extra out of pocket expense at the end of my visit. I received my glasses which I feel were never right. About a month later my frames bent I traveled the 2 hours that it takes to get there and we're told they were under warranty. I paid another 200.00 for a new frame and they were sent off for the lenses. Abut 2 weeks later I called the store and was told they were in route back to the store from the lab and they would give me a call. Another week later I called back and was told she had the policy wrong and the frames were never sent out???? It was a process getting our 200.00 back for the frames but that is the worse service I have ever witnessed!

Then after the eye exam I went picked out my glasses paid for them and that was it. It's been over 6 months and still haven't got my glasses. I called multiple times and texted was given the run around that my lense cracked while cleaning them and they had to send them back to get another pair. I contact my credit card company. They refunded me and supposedly investigating the situation. Now got to find another eye doctor because I won't go back to him again.
