How come insurance companies force you to get a lawyer!?! My friend was in a simple bumper to bumper and experienced some major whiplash and was feeling it throughout his body. I sent a wrongful death inquiry on their website 10-25-2016. Received confirmation email and never herd from them again. Went on their website again today online chat explained my case only to get another email saying they couldn't help me with this matter. My wife had a colonoscopy on 4-25-2016 and they did s biopsy on a cancerous looking spot which proceeded to bleed everywhere only to spread the cancer throughout her entire body through the lymphatic system . They do this everyday to unsuspecting people and tell them they must now do surgery and chemo or they are not going to make it to Christmas. OxyCodione ,morphine, fentanyl patch, Lorazepam , furosemide , prochlorperazine, on and on not to mention Chemotherapy which made it impossible for my wife to eat or drink by mouth 2 months before her kidneys and liver failed. She was dealing with her cancer by juicing and eating raw vegan diet without knowing that she even had cancer. I know she would still be here today if they did not find her cancer and cut into it. I and my father were looking to change attorneys from an accident claim we had filed. I simply called to find out what the next steps were after waiting for over a week for your guy Richard to let me know. I simply, calmly and professional inquired about the status and HE WENT OFF on me! I had no time to get angry or say anything! Nice try trying to make me look like the one at fault. You can deny it all day long but Richard was NOT professional and extremely volatile! I couldn't believe he cussed me out. Screaming 4 letter words at me because I didn't give you some kind of paperwork or documentation he NEVER told me about, and then hanging up! All because he didn't do his job, or more likely decided my case wasn't worth the effort. All I know is you guys cannot be trusted! Your inability to admit fault is proof. In addition, based on other reviews, I see that this "inablity to communicate" is a real issue with your team and you solve it by blaming the client. NOBODY should hire you. read more

I contacted their office at the referral of my chiropractor regarding an auto accident. I was hesitant as I felt the case came down to a he said / she said (literally in this case). At the first visit, I was told I would not owe anything unless they won the case (I asked that question very directly at the first meeting). I told them from the beginning there were no witnesses. After a couple months, I received a large packet in the mail informing me of the name of the attorney to contact on my small claim from that point on. It also informed me they put a lien on something for a bit more than $300! They did not even tell me what they put a lien on - house, car, etc!! So much for not owing anything unless they won the case . . . . . . . guess you have to read everything and not take their verbal word for anything. Never received a phone call from them saying they handed the case off to someone else. Very nice to talk with, seemed to want to help, just disappointed at how the ending was handled and they put a lien on something - I would not have gone forward had they verbally told me that from the start. read more
