We stayed in Castillo De Las Rocas Condo # 3428. There were 6 people in our group, so having everyone stay in the same condo was very convenient. The condo was spacious (around 1600 sq ft) and comfortable. There were 2 bedrooms that were pretty big and 1 bedroom that was HUGE. You could sleep 9 people here with no problem. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, condiments, dish soap, bbq utensils, spices and coffee supplies. There were 2 TV's and each one had it's own DVD player. There were 2 decks, 1 with a hot tub and then 1 one the top level with a couple chairs and awesome views (especially at night!), shared heated pool, free high speed internet, fireplace, and private bbq grill. There were only 2 bathrooms so we all had to share, but it wasn't a huge pain. There is also a 1 car garage. This property is around 4 miles from downtown Moab and is next to the golf course. I'd highly recommend staying at this property to anyone. Next time we come back to Moab, we will without a doubt stay here. read more

After looking for reasonable accommodations for a family, we found the Cedar Breaks condos. A nice apartment--clearly a converted rental--but very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Off the main drag, so it was nice and quiet. Large living area, decent kitchen, nice bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. We only stayed one night, and they charged us an additional $30 cleaning fee for that, which was kind of a bummer, but we'd definitely stay there again. read more

There were 4 of us staying at #6 Cedar Breaks. It is managed by Accommodations Unlimited. The location was fine. It is in town, and only a few blocks from stores, etc. As for the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo: 1. It seems that housekeeping relies on the previous guests to wash the dishes. Several of our dishes and silverware had food encrusted on them. Gross! 2. After contacting AU that the hottub was lukewarm and among 4 adults, none of us could figure out how to turn it up, I was informed that another condo must have turned it down and "it wasn't the fault" of management. What???? 2 posted boards of legal crap but no info on how to turn up the heat. 3. The almost shag carpets were gross. They surely caused the musty odor in the apartment. I don't know if pets were in there. It is pet friendly, so that is good for pet owners. 4. The faucet leaked and the TV was breaking. Oh well.... 5 lectures on Moab's water shortage, and the faucet leaks. 5. No recycle containers. Our friends carried used bottles, etc back to Reno or the nearest recycle bins. 6. For a few night's, it was acceptable but this place was made on the cheap....and when you open a drawer or cupboard, it just feels cheap. If you just sleep there and use the coffee maker and toaster, and maybe the BBQ, it's fine. But to hang out, not so much. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. Rented a condo from them...was very clear that we needed to sleep 8 people. We're told property would be ready by 3pm. Arrived at 3:45 to find housekeepers still cleaning the house...with full batches of laundry just started (read at least 1.5 hrs of laundry left). Rollaway beds were broken, floor was filthy, linens were ripped, lazy boy chair broken...place was a complete disaster. We stay at vrbos regularly and this was the WORST experience we have ever encountered. Called the office and were treated with lack of concern which turned into rudeness. After a bit of back and forth we were finally able to convince them to refund our money and we moved onto a gorgeous vrbo in the same neighborhood for a better price. Will never ever go through a management company again when booking a vrbo. read more

We stayed at Creekside Guest Cottage in downtown Moab and at the Grandview Studio a little out of town. Creekside was in the center of everything, but tucked away along the creek. Nice porch, small grill. The Grandview Studio was closer to the La Sals. Gorgeous views, great sunsets, very quiet, hiking trails out the door. Large porch with views and a full size grill. read more

WOW! the worst experience I have had w/ a company in Moab - will never use again - We have been coming to Moab for to the past 6 years and have stayed in the stretch of homes on Williams for the last 4. Been very pleased thus far unfortunately this experience changed that. Few major issues: 1) the unit was not ready when we checked in at 3p towels and other items where wet and places on top of the dryer and one bed was not made (please see pics attached) 2) it was clear the towels where not washed w/ detergent and had an unbelievable musty smell (please see photos attached) - long story short we went to the store and purchased detergent and had to wash all towels and linens that night - (the last thing you want to do after a very long day mountain biking) 3) a good deal of cockroaches in the unit (please see attached photo) When we addressed the issues w/ the management company got an email stating basically the tenants before us checked out late so its is what it is - never addressed the issue of the musty wet towels, the dirty rooms or the cockroaches. lots of other property managers in Moab I highly recommend using another company when booking in Moab. read more

We stayed 2 nights over 4th of July Weekend. We stayed in the Rim Village Condo, and it was fabulous. 3 bedrooms, with a really lovely master bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen's had upgrades. Tile Floors, ceiling fans in every room, spa/Jacuzzi on patio was great for after long day of playing and hiking. BBQ and patio table with Mountain views. . Super Comfy couches and Beds. Well appointed Kitchen with everything we could need. This place had all the small touches too...Lots of extra towels, pillows, blankets; ice maker, washer and dryer, USB chargers, books and games. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Steve, the property Manager was available, immediately, after hours, to help us log in to wifi that went down after storm. He was extremely helpful. We recently made a family trip to Moab for site-seeing purposes and for lodging opted to stay in a condo vs. hotel. The Cottonwood Town home on Williams Way we rented for 3 nights was a 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths and a fenced yard with gate that was great to have for our dog. Our unit was spacious and comfortable with an attached 2 car garage. Amenities included a large wall mounted flat screen TV with integrated stereo speakers and Direct TV and a gas direct vent fireplace. It is winter and it was cold but the condo was comfortable. The location is convenient to the downtown area even on foot, and very quiet. Missing were enough places to store belongings like drawers, shelving and clothing hooks in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall we appreciated our stay and would look for the opportunity to stay here again in the future. read more

Had a great stay at Rim Village A3. Why we never stayed here before blows my mind. 1000 times better then the best hotel in town and the views and amenities are way better! We will be back soon and will always use this company and stay in A3! read more

We love "our Moab house", Coyote Run #9. We've stayed there four times. Love the location, amenities, the house itself, and the helpfulness of Accomodations Unlimited. So much better than the hotel we used to stay in: three bedrooms with nice beds/linens, three good bathrooms, terrific kitchen layout, cozy fireplace, comfortable patio and private hot tub, lots of room. The wifi was a bit funky the last time we visited, but other than that we really enjoy it. The location on the golf course is wonderful; it's close to Slickrock and wonderfully dark at night. Give Coyote Run a try. read more
