They told me it would take 3 weeks. 3 months later they returned my phone calls (after I went in personally and found out they had lost my paperwork). I watched the lady complete my tax return. They told me it would be $175 originally but ended up charging me $50. I tried to pay with a $100 bill. They didn't have change so I said I would bring it back. They called me 3 times!!!! "When are you bringing the $50?" I was gone 2 hours! They sure did pick up the phone to "remind" me to come back and pay but couldn't do that when I was wondering where my paperwork was? Never again.
