I was charged $175 for that which I thought seemed high, but I was just happy to have my taxes done. I asked many times why I would end up owing state taxes when I only lived in Maryland for 6 months. No clear answer was given. I have now had my taxes re-done by another company, which means I have paid more money. It turns out that my taxes were done completely wrong by J Arthur Brown & Assoc! I will now be getting $$$$ back instead of owing anything at all. It is frustrating to have paid such a high amount for them to leave me in a worse position. I wouldn't recommend getting your taxes done here, Im sorry. Never again for me.
