Just when you think the service at the Post Office is the worst, this UPS location says "hold my…read morebeer." Dozens of phone calls resulted in a "you'll have to talk to the manager" response, but the manager was NEVER in the store. Multiple messages were left for the manager to return my calls over 3 months, and not one call was returned. I'm saddened to learn that all of the Huntsville locations are owned by the same person.
