I had always used Roto Rooter, ALOT for the same drain. Red flag right there. Every time they would come it was the same old story. I would tell them that the clog was out about 40' feet. The would never go out that far and the drain would always clog again right after their warranty ended. Not this time. I called Accu Rooter. If I could give these plumbers 0 stars, I would. I had called them as I needed to fix the pipes in the bathroom. They came, he did something, and i paid him, only to find out that the pipes weren't evenly installed, which means that my contractor couldn't install the shower faucet. They kept lying to me, saying that they will find out if they can get back to me, but never called back. When i called back, the receptionist put down the phone on me. Stay away! read more

Called on a Friday morning because we had no hot water and in spite of the fact that they were extremely busy (furnace repair season) they found the time to come take a look and replaced our hot water heater the next morning. They answer the phone, send someone out (less than half-an-hour wait), and the plumber (ours was Stan) does the job, quickly, cleanly, correctly. I would never use anyone else. Had a 50 year old basement shower fitting in a 70 year old house - and a very small opening to work in. We were sure that the wall would have to be opened. Frank replaced it without breaking the wall, getting some cuts and scrapes in the process. Treated it like it was his own home, and also cleaned up beautifully. I called around 10:15 AM. The receptionist stated someone would come out between 12 and 3. At 1:30 PM, Sean came out to my in-laws house. By 2 PM, Sean unclogged the problem drain.
