I contacted ACCU-Rooter for a clogged kitchen drain. I told them it was not an emergency but try to come sometime today. Tim arrived within a couple of hours. I explained how I tried (unsuccessfully) to clear it. He got right on it and the drain was cleared in a very short time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his charge for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. read more

On time, courteous, very satisfied. Ckeanup was great and we appreciated the communication when tech was en route.

Called for help with a sink clog and they had Tim come out within 2 hours. Tim was friendly, professional, and did an awesome job at a very fair price. Also guarantee their work if the same sink clogs up. A+++ local business - 100% recommended. read more

Called and he came when he said he would. Fixed the problem that another plumber couldn't figure out and he provided a better value. Highly recommend this business. read more

Accurooter was quick to respond, called me back, was polite, on time, got 2 drains cleaned on the same day as the call, and takes venmo. I would definitely use their services again read more

Super happy with the service and value provided by Accu-Rooter. We discovered a leak and Vinnie came by less than 24 hours later. He was willing to run to the shop to pick up the parts in order to get the job done ASAP, even though I felt that was above and beyond. He showed me each step of what was happening and everything that had led to the situation in the first place. Accu-Rooter is our new goto for any and all plumbing needs. And extra appreciation for Vinnie - he's an awesome guy and it's evident that he truly cares about helping his customers get the best possible outcome. read more

Our kitchen sink clogged from both sides. They knew how to clear it well and thoroughly. Nice people.

Accu-rooter was responsive and rapid with their service. Tim fixed the problem for a fair price and educated me on what to do to maintain and prevent our issue from coming back. read more

These guys are amazing! Mike came out and snaked a chronically difficult drain, then identified a more fundamental problem, which helped me very much. Rick is great, too, and so is Jimmy, all very thorough, professional, and extremely careful. By the way, they are reasonably priced and stand behind their work. I will definitely be depending on them again. I highly recommend. read more

Excellent and professional service. Hired them two times (1) clear roots in sewer pipe from house to main $270 (2) clear the bathroom drain $110. read more

I had always used Roto Rooter, ALOT for the same drain. Red flag right there. Every time they would come it was the same old story. I would tell them that the clog was out about 40' feet. The would never go out that far and the drain would always clog again right after their warranty ended. Not this time. I called Accu Rooter. Figured I would have to pay again why not try someone else. Glad I did. When you need someone to do the job right these are the people to call. Prompt, knowledge and not over priced. read more

Great experience! Nice man. Felt like my dad was doing the work. Will use again read more

If I could give these plumbers 0 stars, I would. I had called them as I needed to fix the pipes in the bathroom. They came, he did something, and i paid him, only to find out that the pipes weren't evenly installed, which means that my contractor couldn't install the shower faucet. They kept lying to me, saying that they will find out if they can get back to me, but never called back. When i called back, the receptionist put down the phone on me. Stay away! read more

I have uses them a couple of times. They always solve my problem. I would highly recommend this business.

We had a clogged toilet and they answered my call the first time. Other highly rated companies didn't answer and never called back. Professional and provided times later that same day or early the next morning. They were at my house a couple minutes early and were professional and fast. Even helped to unclog the sink that filled with hair as well. They do NOT accept credit cards or e-payment but would definitely use again! read more

Saw the horrible reviews for bfield roto rooter, said not in my house. Googled some more saw these guys were in my neighborhood and took a chance. Overwhelmingly satisfied. Came, got the sewer main to the street problem fixed. One week later had another small backup. He came back snaked my tub at no additional charge, I didn't even know they had that guarantee, but I was thrilled. Original price was reasonable, came on time, friendly guy who lived in town. My go to guys from now on. read more

Very messy job that I had to clean up, the tech could have been nearer but was getting frustrated he could not clear the line. I won't use again. read more

ACCU-ROOTER Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning - Very messy job - Plumbing Near Me - Rutherford, New Jersey

Accu-Rooter was awesome! The dispatcher worked around our schedule and didn't mind rescheduling AFTER hours - at no additional cost. Our plumber, Sean, was knowledgeable, personable and professional throughout the visit. Despite the late hour, he had a sunny demeanor and tackled our temperamental toilet head on! Not only did he fix the problem, he offered advice on how to prevent additional issues. Thankful we found you guys - and will definitely be spreading the word!! ;) read more

Called on a Friday morning because we had no hot water and in spite of the fact that they were extremely busy (furnace repair season) they found the time to come take a look and replaced our hot water heater the next morning. Respectful, courteous and competent. Very rare and very welcome. They don't take credit cards but it's a small thing compared to the level of service provided. We will be keeping these people on speed dial, you should too! read more

My kitchen drain wasn't draining. I called Accu-rooter and they were prompt! The plumber, Tim , was very knowledgeable about clogged kitchen drains and pipes. He gave some helpful tips to minimize future problems and provided a 30 day guarantee. read more

Second time I've used Accu-Rooter (second, different problem), and second 5-star review from me. They answer the phone, send someone out (less than half-an-hour wait), and the plumber (ours was Stan) does the job, quickly, cleanly, correctly. (Badly clogged laundry room plumbing that had caused overflow to basement.) I'd recommend Accu-Rooter to anyone in the area. Stan also suggested a solution for a different slow-running drain rather than charge us for an unnecessary fix. read more

I really recommend Accurooter. I had 2 clog clearing services from them. They were quick to come out and did the job well. Gave me some tips to avoid clogs. read more

I would never use anyone else. Had a 50 year old basement shower fitting in a 70 year old house - and a very small opening to work in. We were sure that the wall would have to be opened. Frank replaced it without breaking the wall, getting some cuts and scrapes in the process. Treated it like it was his own home, and also cleaned up beautifully. This is the third time we used them (as I said, old house!). We could never ask for better. read more

Accu-rooter plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company we've dealt with especially Stan the plumber. Not only did he fix our problem which two other companies couldn't, one of them being Roto Rooter but he advised us on how to avoid the problem in the future. The price was great the service was amazing I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!! read more

Everytime we flushed our toilet, it came up through our shower. We called, they answered and were here within 20 minutes, exactly as they said. The prices were beyond reasonable and Stan, took care of the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, even gave us suggestions. Would highly recommend and would use again. read more

I called around 10:15 AM. The receptionist stated someone would come out between 12 and 3. At 1:30 PM, Sean came out to my in-laws house. By 2 PM, Sean unclogged the problem drain. Sean was clean, honest, and friendly. The bill was very reasonable and I would use and recommend Accu-Rooter again. read more

They went to clear my mom's drain and made a HUGE MESS and refused to cleanup, they over charged her and when I called the office they said that there was nothing they can do. STAY AWAY from this company and call a real plumber, they will be reported to the BBB! read more

A new serviceman came to my house 2 times to snake a line and the second time he blamed me for clogging the line. I will never call them again - the serviceman was rude and nasty, I think the company should do a better job of screening new servicemen before hiring them. Call another plumber not this one for sure! read more
