So thankful I called AccuFlow. I had a leak at the spout of my shower that led to the hallway. I called and spoke to someone, can't recall his name (sorry). But he was very professional. He told me nobody could come out until the next day. To my surprise I got a call from Mike and he came out to assessed the shower. Had an odd smell coming from under the house. Called Accuflow plumbing and they had a plumber tech out the very next day. He found that I had a cracked sewer line. Cut out the old line and had it repaired inside of 29 minutes. Plumber was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our main water pipe was leaking and we were so scared it was going to cost an arm and leg but Mike, who answered the phone, was able to talk out some possible scenarios which helped ease some of the worries. Owner Mike informed me that the water heater had a recall, provided number to Co to get authorization to get the warranty work done. We heard a loud "boom" from the water heater and rushed out to find the gas and flame on high. Very scary! We called a couple plumbers, but they don't service the Thornton area. Lucky for us, we contacted Mike with Accuflow. He found there was a recall on the water heater and gave us a phone number to contact the manufacturer.he let us know that it was not going to blow up, it wasn't critical. Mike called us back later that day to find out what was happening. The next day, we still hadn't heard from the manufacturer, and the gas and flame were still raging. We contacted Mike, and he was able to send someone out within a few hours, and on a Saturday.They quickly fixed the problem, and at a reasonable rate. Set Appointment for clogged toilet. Very slow flushing. We used a snake and other home remedies but none worked. We couldn't use the toiilet at all be ause it just wouldn't flush all the way down so we called accuflow for a service request. Based on reviews, they are good so I chose them. The guy who came out was nice and friendly. The guy used the same method we did but failed, which was using a snake probably the same kind us ours. He flushed the toilet. It was still very slow. Even a piece of toilet paper wouldnt flush down. He determined that the problem was our old toilet. He said, it appears that our toilet was flushing slowly because it needs to be replaced. He completed the service marking the invoice as toilet cleared and an estimate for a new toilet and installation for well over $700. We paid $130 for the service which was left at the same condition before the service was conducted. I told my husband the finding and the recommendation for a new toilet and the cost. My husband was not happy with accuflow's service for not clearing our toilet so he called roto rooter who had a completely different finding who also said a new toilet installation is not needed. The Roto Rooter guy used a snake method also but a specialized one who then found that our toulet was clogged with small yogurt bottle that my toddler may have putbin there (see picture) ... what a huge difference in findings. Our toilet works now and we wouldnt be spending $700+ on a new toilet anytime soon. Obviously Roto Rooter is way more competent than accuflow .. read more
