Had an issue with a kitchen faucet and also decided to have my tankless water heater flushed. it turned out that the faucet issue was a simple matter of a mechanism being in the wrong "off" position. To be thorough he made sure he tested the flow and hot/cold extensively before leaving. Upon inspecting the tank Jeff discovered and showed me a kinked hose, cracked joint and a couple of other installation issues and addressed those as well. I appreciated his expertise, knowledge and technical skill but most of all his honesty and candor in explaining how this system worked, what to watch for, the pros and cons of it and how to monitor its workings on my own. After trying several plumbing businesses that I knew of and not being able to get anyone to come, I called Phil & Paul's and they were able to come and access what the problem was, a drain pipe in the kitchen wall with a hole in it. They were able to schedule a day to come and repair it and they did a great job. The pipes were replaced and they cleaned up the area.
