They did okay with carpet tiles, but we have had major problems with their vinyl planks. Their salesperson helped us pick out the product. Their installer put in the floors. I walked them through our plan before installation. No one ever cautioned us about anything. The floor has not held up well. The've blamed us for not giving enough room for the floor to float, but didn't mention that problem at the time of install. Overall, the planks look warped and the face is peeling up in places. Not a good product, and although it has a 10 year warranty, Nice refused to stand behind it.

In CHW we found a boutique firm whose co-owners, Bill Maibach and Dave Walker, had over 20 years of experience and are with you from design to finish. They are a can do team and, but for a few items, did the complete "to the studs" remodel themselves.
