A tech from Home Works was in our home for a double appointment three days ago. They were referred to me by my local appliance dealer, Myers Appliance in Ravenna. Our Sears Kenmore fridge had been at a steady 60 degrees for 2 weeks, and I also scheduled time to check out my dishwasher. It was working, but not very well. I give this company terrific reviews in all areas: The scheduling was done well, and good notes from my list of concerns, so the tech could be as prepared as possible. Kept the scheduled appointment, and kept in touch through the day about when he might arrive. He was a pleasure to have in our home, even for a call which ended up taking quite awhile. My husband was present, and the tech explained ands answered all his very specific questions to his complete satisfaction. The, he stopped watching over the guys shoulder. He was thorough and precise in his observations, suggestions, and paperwork. He explained some things I misunderstood about my Bosch dishwasher and his suggestions have worked. He could not fix the fridge, but has a plan that takes into consideration how much $$$ to put into fixing vs replacing. He gave good counsel. read more

Repair an under counter microwave . Jamal arrived on time, did a thorough exam of my microwave determined it was a magnetron and try to locate the part.. Unfortunately he was told the part is no longer manufactured, but continued to try different companies. Home Appliance found one which I picked up, I called Jamal and he came out again and repaired it. He was very professional and polite, and did a great job.
