Allen troubleshot our near ten-year old fridge. The repair is roughly half the cost of a new one so we'll probably just replace it. Allen was great though! He answered our many questions. He helped us understand the issue, how the fridge works, and recommended some new ones. We're planning to head to the parent company - Grove - for the replacement. Booking the service call online was pretty easy. They'll ask for your appliance info (if you have it) which will help the tech be prepared for your call. Love this level of proactivity! Sam is the only place to get your appliances repaired, he is honest shows you what he is doing and tells you the best way to go, he is a pleasure to have in your home and I would never call anyone else. The first guy that came out lied to me told me he would send me back a refund, I called the better Business bureau and I got nothing. I would never call anybody but Sam. The other company would be smart to send me back my refund because I will tell people about how he lied to me. I've used Sam's Appliance a couple of times now, once when my stove was not working right and recently when my refrigerator wasn't getting cold enough. I was impressed both times when I was kept updated on when he was going to show up. I really appreciated that. Sam is also very fair in his pricing and will do what's right for you. Sam's Appliance Repair does an amazing job! We've used Sam for our Samsung, as well as our KitchenAid refrigerator repairs. Unfortunately. We've had issues with our older Samsung and our newer KitchenAid & Sam was really helpful diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue.
