Needed an FBI criminal check for dual citizenship paperwork. Easy to do, but come early. There are plenty of other people needing fingerprints and documents, too. Got my paperwork in less than a week. Awesome! It cost $80 for the two papers. Great value for us! read more

I walked in and noticed something was amiss. There must have been over 20 people waiting and every seat was taken. I stood patiently by the "wait here to be checked in" sign and was not acknowledged at all. While waiting I overheard people complaining about the wait and the rude African American lady simply shouted " I told y'all it be a long wait". Very rude and unprofessional service. I also saw how she treated the people whom she was currently helping. Rude and condescending. It's upsetting that she has so many bad reviews yet she's still behind that desk. The woman who does the fingerprinting is unprofessional and rude. She complains about how much work she has to do. She complains if there are several people waiting to be fingerprinted. People are just darn rude. My boyfriend went in there this afternoon around 1 pm. He got in line and the attendant looks at him and asks him, "what are the chances you can come back in an hour?" Without giving him a chance to respond she immediately says, "that's what I thought, sit down and I'll get to you when I can." So respectfully my boyfriend sits down. The woman then proceeds to talk to another customer in front of her and says, "he be looking at me like I was crazy." My boyfriend left right after. Um no. It was blatantly rude and nonsensical. My boyfriend had no chance to respond and she proceeded to talk about him to other customers. What's the justification and reasoning to lack any common decency and respect? Not only did the attendant have the audacity to be condescending but also to talk about him in front of other people. I suggest the manager offer some type of customer service & professional training. Absolutely no need for disrespect and rudeness. I highly recommend not using this location for your fingerprint needs. First off, the temperature is stifling and there is no fan going. Second, there's a sign telling you to sign in at the back desk but the moment you go back there, the lady tells you not to. Everyone who walks in follows the sign and gets confused. I wish there were an option to give a rating below one star. The woman was horribly rude and kept saying "something doesn't add up" becasue my son needed fingerprints for his new job. She refused to follow through and turned us away! My son has autism and will be working on a farm that's a not for profit that employees individuals with autism. Fingerprinting and background checks are required for employment because children visit the farm and there is also fertilizer on site. After leaving this review I am calling the company customer service number to file a complaint. This woman should be fired for treating a person with a disability so terribly and from reading other reviews, she treats everyone this way. Way to go Accurate Biometrics, let's hope you are doing a much better job when doing background checks on people than you do in your own hiring practices. I'm also reporting this negative interaction with the Autism group in hopes they will not use this company anymore, there are other places to have background checks done and Accurate Biometrics is NOT where they should be sending people! read more

Fast, easy, and kind! There was one person ahead of me and I was done with my fingerprinting in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5. Pretty tucked away location-wise, though. It's across from the Home Depot shopping center. Once you park you're going to have to follow signs to find the actual building, it's behind other offices! read more

I arrived just before closing on 04/09/19 The young man at the counter was working w/ a customer. He was very polite and professional. I'm sure it was after closing when it was my turn. He continued to maintain his upbeat and professional disposition. He answered all my questions and helped me fill out the forms. He was patient , kind, and informative. There was a constant stream of people coming into this place, and yet there is only one person working the whole deal! Over one hour of waiting to get fingerprinted- except for the people who the attendant allowed to cut in line! Only 10 minutes for one lady and 20 minutes for one guy! However, Diane at the Oakbrook office made an already long Tuesday even longer by forcing me into an almost unbearable 1 and 1/2 hour long wait in the office. Firstly, Diane does a lot of talking, unrelated to her job, loudly, and unnecessarily. She also has her personal radio playing at such a volume that I can't hear my own thoughts in the waiting room. Moreover, due to COVID, only 5 people are allowed in the waiting room at a time. Everyone else must wait outside. When I got here, I was person number 7. Five more people have arrived and she has only completed two clients, one of which she was already servicing when I arrived. She also just loudly commented about packing up around 4:45. It is 4:20 and we are still all here waiting, so that isn't possible if she plans to service us all. If I could make it to another office by 5, I would've been long gone. I was not sure what to expect bc i had seen some negative reviews, but I had a great experience here. The lady running things was no nonsense, for sure. She is doing everything, checking people in, going through paperwork, data entry, physically manipulating my fingers for the prints, taking my picture. She did it with incredible competence! Accurate Biometrics is very lucky to have this employee and I hope they know it. I also appreciated the excellent music and the clean waiting room with well-placed chairs for social distancing. read more

While it was a bit hard to find at first (It is just WEST of Room and Board), I was immediately greeted, and watched your excellent technician in action. Diane is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and even with my hard to fingerprint fingers (I use a lot of crafting glue) she cheerfully pressed on! Had the pleasure of working with Diane, needed physical ink fingerprints she was patient and accurate.

This location is shared with another wellness company so there are two rooms when you enter, and the fingerprinting service is in the back. There are no signs to tell anyone you must sign in to get their name on the list, nor did the woman in the first room say anything to me. When I wasn't signed in, the woman doing my fingerprinting was very upset and began shouting at me from the other room, mad that I was the last person in there without signing in and it was her lunch break, even though I came 45 minutes before lunch and the processes for the people before me took that long. During the fingerprinting, information verification, and photo, she was very cold and snappy, even though I had just heard her laughing and enjoying conversation with the people before me. I thanked for her helping me 10 minutes past her lunch, and she didn't say a word. The facility is clean, it gets the job done, but I don't recommend the Oak Brook location due to poor service. read more

Went in at 4:35 when it closes and 5 and yes that was kind of crappy on my part, but there was really no other time to do it and someone walked in after me and the lady at the desk said "everyone wants to come in when it's time to go home," and that just got to me as someone who rarely gets to go home on time. It's always unbelievable to me when I go to a business and ask only to provide what they promote that they provide, and then they are rude and give attitude. I brought all paperwork and had my ID ready like I was told. I showed up with my mask and prepared to wait outside if needed for social distancing guidelines. The one woman working there told me to write my name down and wait in my car for about 20 minutes. I did that and when I came back in it was less full and I waited. Two others came in and she didn't say anything to them so I informed them that they should sign in to "get in line." They walked up to the counter and politely asked if they could approach to write their name down and she flat out ignored them. When it came to my turn she was frustrated and rude even though I brought everything necessary and had it ready and was polite given that I had waited for about 40 minutes. She was short tempered and rude to not only myself but the others that were there. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did get what was necessary after about an hour and someone being rude and making it seem like I was a nuisance for using her business. I'd suggest trying a different location for someone who will be more patient and polite. read more

I just got my fingerprints done at accurate biometrics it was quick and easy. But, I'm writing a review because Diane the only one who works in the office is just so wonderful. I met her the other day there to do my fingerprints, and I didn't have my paperwork. she was so kind and so nice, and she told me her hours and she said don't come back Thursday because I won't be here in the office. You'll make a trip for nothing, so on Thursday; I had time to get my prints done go, but Diane told me so I didn't go. I went back on Friday. I got my fingerprints done but just talking to her she's such a lovely person. I felt like I was talking to a friend, and I just met her. she has a very kind heart. She was a very good hire for you all. I love that she loves her job. It not just that she is nice. the office was clean it was fast it was easy , she's professional. The incompetence at this place is astounding. This place is absolutely terrible and should be shut down. I honestly don't know how they're still open. They have the worst hours and they never sent me or my husband any of the reports we paid for. My husband is in the process of adopting my oldest daughter and one of the requirements is to have a background check. Our lawyer sent us here because, I presume, the FBI has its hands involved and can give a more detailed check. So we comply. I figure, so stupidly, that standard business hours are 9-5 Monday thru Thursday. I got there at 1:34, they're closed because they want to take a siesta. I have 2 babies at home on top of my oldest daughter, it takes some time for me to get things done. I come back and they changed their hours so I had to go back again. I'm thinking "Just fucking kill me." at this point. But I comply because what option do I have? So I finally pay for my prints and background check. The guy working the counter said only to open the email once you're ready to print the report because it will only display once. Nobody tells you how long it's going to take to get this stuff back (but apparently it's written in fine print on one of the papers you sign). I meticulously comb thru my emails and postage for MONTHS! Meanwhile my lawyer is charging us 250 an hour to drive to the city and tell the judge to continue the case. This happened 4 times. I finally call over to this racket of a company and ask what's going on. The first time I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me I get a call back the next day only to be told that they sent the report (which is a lie) and it's past the 30 days so I have to do the whole thing over again. They blame me for not knowing better and tell me there's nothing they can do. I have to go back and get this done again but I'm afraid if I do go back, I'm going to snap. read more
