I work nearby and wanted desperately to finish printing my wedding invitations for my wedding in September. I dropped off my print job around 9:30 in the morning. I headed off to a meeting and when I returned an hour or two later, the job was completed flawlessly - the first time (something the location near me struggled to do after 8 visits)! Heather was so friendly and helpful. I was completely blown away! When I returned to pick up the job, Gina rang me up. I asked her if she could help me print a sheet of address labels for my invitations (something that had led to a ton of misprints when I tried at home). She not only said she could help me, but she waited so patiently as another bride shared some great invitation mailing advice.
