Please DONT go to this location if you care about your package. I went here with a FedEX/USPS package mistakingly. Instead of politely identifying my error and advising me to drop off elsewhere, the clerk accepted and scanned my package into the UPS system. Apparently I learned they do accept USPS mail and send to USPS during their daily pickups. More than a week later it's not tracking and I have no idea if it was EVER given to USPS because at some point if it was the tracking number receipt he handed me would show something. What's the point of a receipt from UPS when they won't help you??? Very disgusted, no excuse for this employees negligence and I would never recommend this location. My husband and I stopped by this past weekend on Sunday to mail out a few gifts! This location is one of the only locations open on Sunday and we were happy to visit and check this errand off our list. I was SO surprised to see that we were second in line when we arrived. The last few times I had to mail things out I had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes due to demand. We were in and out of here in 15! The store was nicely organized and very clean. The had their stations clearly labeled (printing, shipping boxes/envelopes, cards, etc.) This location is pretty tiny so if there were more people the line would have had to trail outside (two people were behind us by the time we were finishing and the last person was practically at the door.) They had a bunch of social distancing reminders in the store and the associate was wearing a mask. The associate working was kind and welcomed us. He was the only person working that day and had to stop processing orders to answer the phone, yet he kept a positive attitude the entire time. He was working very quickly and gave me multiple receipts and made sure to point out the tracking number. All in all, this is a great location to pop in quickly and drop something off. I do recommend having another associate helping as we get closer to the holiday because I'm sure it is going to get so much busier! read more

I've been in here twice, and each visit the associates were friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit the associate even went above and beyond to assist. I ordered Harley pipes for my bike and he advised me the box may be heavy & he could put them in my trunk. So I accepted the help and he did. Unreliable, unprofessional, unresponsive it was a unbearable experience. Paid $50 to insure a package that ended up being damaged in transit. Couldn't get a manager to call and the store will not share any contact information to escalate the issue. I did not realize these are franchises so you can't call corporate for a resolution. I would not recommend this location. Go out of your way to find somewhere else to do business. I recommend fed ex personally I've never had a poor experience with fedex. I frequently ship and receive items. Fedex actually follows up with a text or email to see how the experience was. read more

I use them for mailing of course but also for shredding, copying large reports and even downloading and emailing when my computer went down. They have been helpful with packaging and recommending the most cost efficient way to get my package where it needs to be in the quickest time. The staff is always helpful and informative. Being my second UPS Store for the day, I was greatly disappointed with this location. The staff was efficient, but I seemed to just be a process to go through. The checkout took longer than anticipated. The address I gave seemed not to work for this store, although worked just fine for a different store earlier in the day. That's when it started, "might be because our internet is down". T Hey had to call a telephone clearance house to accept my credit card for the transaction. Another customer had some AT&T return items, he was told they could send him an email later when their AT&T system came back up, or could go to another location where the internet worked. This would not have been so distressing, had they apologized for the lack of technology. Instead, there attitude was more one of "this happens all the time". Save yourself some time and find a shipping store that knows what they were doing. read more

Over the past few months, the service has declined significantly. The employees don't seem to be trained very well. They act they are doing you a favor by doing their jobs. There seems to be a prevalent attitude of condescension almost to the point of rudeness. read more

The service in this store is horrible. The woman working behind the counter treats customers like their an inconvenience. I am visiting and I had a package that I dropped of with a label from the retailer; I handed this to her and she refused to process it while I was standing there. I insisted, she took my package and threw it in a corner behind the desk. A week later, I received a notification that there was a package for me to pick up needless to say I was confused since I did not expect there to be any packages from this retailer - I arrived to find the same package I dropped off the week before being handed to me by this incompetent individual who had the nerve to have an attitude. I come to this location every other Friday and when I am there I also have something printed. I go in today and the lady who is working today jan 4th about 6:15pm tells me a different price which is more than I normally pay. I told her ok but this is more than I have ever paid here and she said "well that's the price it is what it is"! Now the price difference wasnt a big thing but my issue is her response. I called today because I could not load my print order via website. The new associate states I would have to come in and use their printer. I specifically ask if I can have cars stock. He states of course. I come in and same associate states he doesn't know how to do that. Manager John comes out says I cannot do this and states he doesn't know what to tell me because he's "swamped". I explain my frustration and ask why the other associate would tell false information. Not professional, not smart, not going back. Dropped off a very important business package to their location. 3 days later I realize there is no tracking info and when I called their store all they could tell me was that the truck picked it up and it was scanned out. Turns out there was no scan and it wasn't picked up-3 hours later I get a call that it was still at their store and I had to come pick it up and take it to a different UPS location. The girl had no explanation of why I wasn't told this when I initially dropped the package off and had no apologies for not contacting me about the package as it sat there. read more

Ordered business cards through the UPS online print service and resized my image so that it filled up the printable area but didn't exceed it and get cropped. Everything online showed it perfectly cropped and filling the business card with my image and my image only. When I went to pick it up, they had printed outside of what it showed online, so now a partial border of the placeholder image used online shows around my picture. My first thought was a mixture of frustration and humor as, having run cust serv call centers before, was confident that a reasonable and creative manager would be able to resolve something as simple as this without a problem, especially as I was in no rush to have them immediately and this entire $7 order probably costs them a buck fifty to (re)make. Pedro was not that manager. He brought me back to the office to show me how it was my fault, starting from a screen that shows the image of the job to be made THAT ONLY SHOWS MY PROPERLY CROPPED IMAGE! He tells me that it may look like that online but what they actually get is a broader view image and if I had simply gone to print preview before ordering I would have realized that. First off, you shouldn't claim the customer should have done steps that average/reasonable customers wouldn't take. Second, it shows a complete lack of understanding of the difference between printing files and working off of an online interface as print preview while ordering would have only shown what it would look like to print the entire webpage. He proceeded to interrupt and talk over me every time I tried to explain this. So Pedro wanted me to pay his graphic designer to remake this. I even said, hey I don't need the exact size if y'all just recut them so it gets rid of the excess I'll be fine. He complained about that workload. I use the UPS Store a lot. Few hundred bucks a year in shipping and print jobs for my businesses. Near my last house? Excellent service. Would call me if I sent over something and they had questions and without a doubt would've resolved this amicably. I'm that guy that hates people crapping on customer service people. You'll never catch me yelling at folks in the store, I tend to quietly eat food orders with simple mistakes and I never feel the need to write yelp reviews. This was pretty atrocious customer blaming though on a problem that would have been so easy and cheap to resolve as a business. There's an issue with the interface on the online print site vs. what they send the stores (Pedro told me that was not his problem as they're a franchise and not actually owned by UPS) but more importantly, there's an issue at this store with management. I don't want to attack this guy too hard as I'm sure he's nice enough and competent outside of this setting (when I asked him if he normally talks over folks when having conversations he said not normally), and maybe he was just having a bad day or just screwed up this one interaction, but if this is consistently how he treats customers he should simply not be in management. read more

I have used this UPS store at least 100 times in the last year and every time I go it is consistently great customer service. Just went in yesterday 5 minutes before they closed, 5 people in line and only 1 person running the whole store on a Saturday.
