I'm providing an updated review. I encountered difficulties with their delivery driver who cited I lived on an "unmaintained road" and declined to proceed with delivery. Despite my initial disappointment and a previous Yelp review expressing my dissatisfaction, I was pleasantly surprised when two individuals called me directly to address the issue. They promptly admitted their mistake, and without delay, offered to facilitate the immediate delivery of the item. Moreover, they acknowledged the errors made and outlined a swift solution to rectify the problem. As promised, my item was delivered today. The driver was very courteous in calling me with an ETA. I understand challenges arise, but want to thank Accurate Cargo for taking swift action on my behalf. read more

Score 0-2 this company was used twice to ship a/c units. Both times about 2 weeks apart they lost the units. First time was one unit which seems difficult to lose. The second order was a pallet of 4 a/c units. It wasn't my choice to use this company. Unfortunately the interstate freight company continues to pass the freight to this company for local service. The first unit eventually arrived about 2 weeks late. Tracking showed it was in their possession the whole time. The second order hasn't been found yet but has been missing for more than a week now. read more

WORST shipping company ever! Their truck driver messed up my order back in March, they shipped the WRONG pallet to my warehouse, and pallet I was suppose to receive was delivered to someone else. Sure mistakes happen, even though this is a terrible shipping mistake to make. But to make matters WORSE they picked up the wrong pallet they shipped to us by mistake and then refused to ship the correct pallet back to us! Our inventory is now lost in transit and I have been waiting over a month now for compensation and they have completely ghosted me and ignored my calls and emails. Don't use this company! read more

This company was subcontracted by Estes and failed miserably. They told us to wait from 8-5 for a delivery. We rearranged our schedules completely to accommodate them. I finally called them at 3 pm wondering when they might be coming. Well, I was told it would be between 1-5 pm. 5 pm came and went. We never received a phone call from them with any information. It's late afternoon the following day. We are still waiting. When our rep called them, they had no idea where our product was!! Unbelievable. I would never use this terrible company!!! read more

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company or their services. We had a shipment delivered and, unfortunately, it was damaged. What irks me is the fact that, when I called to inquire, they admitted that they had noted the damage at the time they took possession at the terminal, from the inter-state shipper (Roadrunner Transportation). Despite having a phone conversation with me prior to delivery, they did not see fit to mention this fact. To me, that seems shady. Had you told me, I could have worked with the vendor to ensure it went straight back, rather than now having to arrange a pickup at (apparently) the vendor's expense, not to mention adding a few more days of delay to replacing the item. Did not hear even a hint of empathy in the phone conversation either, knowing that a multi-thousand dollar item had been trashed. Furthermore, they provided inconsistent information about the manner of delivery. Was told it would come down over the weekend to Tucson, that did not happen. Was told they could not enter a private driveway for liability reasons, yet pics clearly show them backed down the driveway. Was told they would use an electric pallet jack, clearly not what is shown in the pics. You seeing a pattern yet? I would avoid this company and trust your last mile deliveries to someone else that can keep their story straight and who actually cares if your cargo is beat to crap in transit. read more

Very unhappy with this company. I rent a unit at a self storage facility and have been at the same location for years. I receive deliveries about every 3 weeks. I made an appointment for a delivery and the day of the delivery they call and say they can't make it because they don't have a box truck available. I explain that a box truck is not necessary and that the driver only needs to back up straight down the middle aisle, no turns to negotiate. Wasted most of my day. Other companies do it all the time with no problems. Why be a truck driver if you are afraid to go in reverse? read more

Update: I am editing my review because I just had a wonderful experience with a Manager named Mathew. He apologized for everything I went through... but he also made it right. He took a look at the whiteboard, and the new one had been damaged also... so he went to Staples and bought a new white board for us. WOW! Amazing! Then he had another nice man (I am sorry I don't remember his name) make a special trip just for us. That was wonderful!!!! Do the front line employees maybe need some training on proper escalations, very likely... if they could have escalated this to Mathew originally, I think it would have been fixed right away. This is why I am updating my review. I do think this is an honorable company that you can do business with them... they will make it right if they do wrong. THANK YOU MATHEW! You won't even believe what I have gone through. I am currently teaching 6 special needs children at my home. I really needed a whiteboard... so I ordered one... and wow... 2 weeks ago the board was delivered seriously damaged. I called the seller and they arranged delivery through SIAI. SIAI outsourced the delivery to Accurate Cargo. Accurate Cargo may have also been the ones to deliver the damaged board... but since I am not sure of that part, I will not blame them for that. However, I will blame them for what happened next. I was promised that the following Tuesday that a new board would be delivered. This was on Sept 7th. I asked them for a time and they said I would have to wait all day... I was not happy with this, but I rescheduled my appointments so I could just watch the camera at my gate all day. I had no idea when they would arrive... and they needed a signature... so I waited... and I waited and I waited... NOTHING. The next day, (Wednesday), I called and said what happened??? And the lady said, "Oh I am sorry, he ran out of hours for the day..." I was speechless... WHAT? Why not call and reschedule that morning with me so my day would be freed up... hell, why not call me and tell me ANYTHING! I was livid... but I needed my white board for these kids, so I said, "When can you get it out here?" And she said, "Oh we will be there Thursday... don't worry... BUT you have to sit there all day again.... we can't give you a time for delivery.,.. not even a rough estimate."... I was like... wait... you guys completely screwed me over, but you want me to wait AGAIN??? (what kind of horrible customer service is this??!!) Anyway, so that Thursday comes around, 9/9/21 and guess what happens? Yep, I rescheduled my appointments AGAIN and waited there all day while I stared blankly at my camera that is out my gate... (I NEVER miss deliveries... I have cameras EVERYWHERE). The delivery NEVER CAME! UNBELIEVABLE. So I call over there on Friday (their customer service goes home at 5:30 apparently) and get a hold of a Manager... she apologizes and puts me on hold... walks out to the warehouse and comes back and tells me that it is in the warehouse, but was in between two bigger packages, so the driver must of just missed it.... very incompetent. Anyway, she then promises me that there would be a delivery on the FOLLOWING Tuesday 9/14/21 (not a special trip because they screwed up, but instead, I would have to sit here again and stare at a camera all day again). 9/14/21 - Today I was FINALLY supposed to get my delivery. I sat down and prepared to stare at my camera... I waited... I waited... 1:00 came around, NOTHING,... so I called customer service to make sure he/she was still coming... Yep, just running late I suppose. I thanked the lady and then hung up... FINALLY I would get my board... Or not... Yet again, all day staring at a camera with NO PHONE CALL, NO ONE SHOWING UP... So I called SIAI at 4:40 ... before they closed... the first woman left me on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up on me it seems (I was being nice considering what I went through)... So, I called right back... I got a very nice person named Erin on the phone... the only person who has EVER called me back. Anyway, she called over to Accurate Cargo and they LIE to her outright. They tell her they called me twice and waited at my gate.. I have CAMERAS... I watched my footage... NO ONE other than UPS, USPS, and Amazon came by today. It is all recorded... so unethical! So... you know what happened... they promised to come out on THURSDAY (9/16) .. Almost 3 weeks since this began! I will give you an update if they do not show again on Thursday... Brad the dispatcher that called me is a real jerk and was spoiling for a fight. Simple fact is, their truck was too big and their pallet jack to small to make the delivery. Not my fault "BRAD" When I asked Brad for a few minutes to allow me to contact the shipper he exploded into a rage about his driver's lack of time. He wanted me to allow his driver to unload $4,500 worth of kitchen cabinets in the street because he was a curbside delivery company only. I told him there was no way for me to get them off the street and could not sign he hung up on me...Very professional company...NOT!!! read more

NOT "accurate" at all... I advise all shipping companys to stay far away from using these guys as a 3rd party vendor. I live in Northern AZ. I do quite a bit of ordering and on 4 occasions now my vendors have used AC as a 3rd party delivery source. My items have sat on their dock for well over a month each time. I have been given every excuse in the book as to why my items were not shipped in a timely manner. Yes, I get it that NAZ is only on a Mon-Tues route...but taking a month to get here is unacceptable!! 1 time their lift gate broke, 2 other times the driver ran out of hours (ok..so how did they make the 4 hour trip back to Phoenix).... this time (item has been on their dock for 3 weeks now)....they said it wasn't delivered due to the Holiday weekend, they are "just getting their truck unloaded" and will get back to us when delivery is to be scheduled...what a CROCK this company is! read more

Worst delivery service company I have ever dealt with. Per tracking they receive my package on a Saturday then wait 5 days before they ever attempt to contact me by email on the following Friday. Their email looks like junk mail and went into my spam folder. I receiver a second email on the next Monday that just says "2nd request". We contact them Tuesday and arrange shipment to be delivered on Thursday between 8:00 - 5:00. This was their earliest day they could come. Waiting all day at home and they never delivered on Thursday, nor did they even attempt to call us. Friday morning we call them, to learn that their driver ran out of hours on Thursday and could not deliver. To top it all off they cannot even put our package on a truck until Maybe the next Monday! Seriously what company does this? does not deliver when they say they will then does not even attempt to deliver the following day. Now the customer is penalized because their driver ran out of hours and the shipment cannot be scheduled until the following week !! read more

Bad, bad, bad. One promise after another was broken. I finally called my vendor and told then that I was cancelling the order and rescinding the payment for non-delivery. They called Accurate and they were promised it would be delivered next day. That did not happen. The vendor finally got in touch with the company that had hired Accurate to deliver my commercial freezer and that shipper agreed to pick up the freezer at the Accurate dock and deliver it to me. The freezer is getting to me two weeks late. read more

I called them to set up delivery and had to take a monday off since they don't deliver on weekends. I had a problem with material dropped off by R&L Carrier to Accurate to bring to a remote location in AZ. R&L delivered material too late to get to the destination at the original time tracking stated. Since it was a remote location and missed one of the two days they go there, it wasn't going to deliver the day R&L promised but would deliver 2 days later. End use was very upset, holding up a job with people sitting around doing nothing because they didn't get the material. Bob Johnson and Blair at Accurate bent over backwards to help us out. They were very courteous and understanding of the situation and agreed to make a special trip out to the remote location for an additional charge to cover their costs of the delivery. They talked to us late into the evening and very early the next day assuring us they would get it delivered that day. Bob gave me his cell phone number to contact him on this directly. Even though none of this was their error, it was all on R&L, they helped us to get it straightened out. I can't say enough good things about these people that helped us out of a bad situation. read more

Very disappointed with this company. They will agree to provide door to door service, take the money, but not provide the service. The driver first claimed he was 'afraid he would get stuck' if he came to our residence. The next day his story had changed and 'he had got stuck.' Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems is awful! Had to take half a day of personal leave from work to be home to pick up a recliner, because the dispatcher stated it would be delivered to Flagstaff, AZ between 10 AM and 2 PM today. Waited until nearly 1:45 PM and the driver tells me he's stopping to eat at a restaurant in Flagstaff until 2:45 PM. When he shows up he pulls out a box from the truck with his pallet jack and states that it is the wrong one, and it is supposed to go to Prescott, AZ. He tells me that whoever loaded the box in the morning put in the wrong one, so he has to call his boss. I called the dispatcher telling her (Sheri) what happened and all she says is that it will have to be shipped again on Monday or Tuesday - causing me to have to take personal leave again from a job I have only had since mid-February. No one from Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems company apologizes for this mistake. No one should ever use these guys. They need to be renamed "Inaccurate Cargo Delivery Systems". Watch them mess up again on Monday or Tuesday and not apologize for their 2nd mistake. Need to contact Amazon and tell them not to use them in the future. Worst delivery experience ever! read more

Received call that items would be delivered. Operator wanted to know if a semi could turn around in my driveway. Then stated since my house was 300 feet off pavement on gravel road that delivery was not possible. Operator tried to tell me that I would have to meet them on the side of the road to pickup items. Told her to send them back. Suddenly she remembered that a smaller van could deliver to my home. Items received damaged. Immediately called the driver back - refused to answer. A replacement item was sent and, it too was damaged. Third item was received whole and worked well. Got authorization for pickup of previous two damaged items. Driver picked up items and ran over my water main and broke it - neighbor and a yard maintenance company saw van drive in and leave. Yard maintenance company found water damage and called in to repair. Neighbor called me stating Accurate Cargo had driven over main. Made multiple calls to company, but person who needed to handle it was always out and I had to leave a message each time. Finally received a call asking what happened. They told me driver denying. Thousands of gallons of water wasted, no water service overnight, and damage mitigation on driveways and yards for me and my neighbor. Water company assumed contact as was on the other side of the main. Many ignored calls. Six months later and they still have not made reparations. This company is bad news and should be avoided! read more
