I had a 9am flight, and always in the past I have been placed on the 6-7am shuttle (and never had a problem). This time however they called the evening before and informed me I was to be pick up at 4am (5hrs before my flight). When I asked why so early, that they have always in the past put me on the 6-7am shared ride shuttle, when I had a 9am flight, I was told and I quote "you purchased a shared ride, if you would like to purchase a private ride for $69.00 we will pick you up at 6am. I told them no, I would keep my shared ride and take the 4am pick up. As it turned out the shuttle picked me up at 3:30am. I don't know if this is their new policy, but I would highly recommend that you make sure of your pick up time before you book and pay for your flight.

When asked about the overpriced fare, their ridiculous response was Tucson is twice the distance as Phoenix and they only charge $40.00 more. Tucson airport is only 25 miles farther away than Phoenix. So with their price gouging practices and lame excuse about the distance between the airports I will never use or recommend this company. They also use the name A-1 Shuttle.

We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

Terrible. We booked a private ride for 10a pickup, paying over $200 for two of us. We were asked if…read morewe would do a shared ride at 9:30 instead. We said yes because it was our only option. At 8:45, the driver called to say he was arriving right then, which was 45 minutes before the rescheduled 9:30 time. We rushed out the door to find that we were in a small SUV that had every seat full and we had to sit in very uncomfortable, close quarters in a back seat with carry on bags in our laps for 2 hours. Now to address the rude behavior of the driver. A discount code is useless as I will never use this company again.
