I have never been treated with such condescending remarks hiding behind religion no less. Well, now I am definitely praying for Kyle. An actual owner cannot seem to control himself verbally to a disabled woman who has been beyond loyal to boot! We are talking years! Cannot make this up. I am a generous tipper as always. I have to do their custom shopping first over phone to make sure the items are there. I "personally did that" or I literally get lied to that they do not have this or that and I already know the store has it plus what isle it in. Who exactly I spoke to plus the time!! How many containers etc. My name is on it! Kyle brought up my deceased mother to add to it. Whoa. "Will" his biggest asset expressed how "low" that was. Kyle's compassion is out the window on many levels. This is long overdue. I was punished for my mother's charge offs when she was alive and forgot. My mother forgot ONE time who Scottsdale Zoom was. Immediately, I literally was on a three way call with my mom the bank and Claire. My mom was mortified. This was during a time I unfortunately needed help from my mother. She felt horrible. She expressed "of course that's my daughter." To the bank with Claire on the phone as well. I paid them personally back. In full. They would not accept my moms credit cards. Not one anymore. My mother felt so bad on top of everything else. I could only use cash to pay for Whole Foods etc due to my moms mistake which was An ACTUAL MISTAKE! Dementia is not a joke. It's heartbreaking. Again, It was paid off in full but Kyle chooses to throw my now deceased mothers name at me?!! Asking me if he ruffled my feathers quote unquote. Who says that? Let alone an owner of a business? Customer service? Ask their own employees what they think about them. I cannot make that up either. Truth has no agenda. Anyone that knows me can tell you what my character is. You stand up for yourself and god forbid your deceased mother and you are banned plus hung up on lol! That was mature. It says this review looks like it's going to be pretty epic as I write it. They can hide it. No one should ever be treated with such disrespect. I wish I had a dime for every time Kyle said Am I ruffling your feathers?!! I would hire a butler!!! Again, I literally came back from the dead so it would take quite a bit more to ruffle my feathers. Talk to their employees if you haven't already heard anything. I have nothing to gain by writing this. I do not want others to go through such behavior. Word of mouth is your best advertisement. I should not be scared to call a Delivery Service over what kind of mood the owner is in. Blame on covid?! Kindness matters pandemic wise or no pandemic wise. It's absolutely free as well. I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and was unable to pick it up before the bakery closed so they recommend this courier service Scottsdale Zoom. I called and spoke to a young lady who quoted me 25 dollars to drive it to me. I was about 4 miles away from the bakery. Ok that's fine. Then she told me that they will automatically add a 20% gratuity to the order based on what my total bill was at the bakery. That's where I have an issue with this company. Gratuity is NOT compulsory it's a tip for a job well done. I was forced to leave almost 17 dollar tip on top of paying 25 dollars for the delivery. I mentioned this to the lady that I thought that business practice was suspect and she said some things about the price of gas and such. Well why not up your delivery fee and not force a 20% gratuity?? I have no problem tipping but a tip is earned. So if my order had been 200 dollars at the bakery I would have had to tip 40 bucks! Idk but I think that's a shady way to do business. On a positive note the young lady who delivered it was very friendly and the cake was in perfect condition. read more

Scottsdale Zoom was the first courier service I used for my floristry business and I was 100% satisfied! A persistant customer needed 30 flower arrangements delivered to separate locations all over the valley. I was able to deliver some myself, but this was not a one-man job for someone with no delivery expertise. I had placed an order for BBQ from Tom's Thumb and I was told they didn't have anyone on staff that day to deliver. I didn't want to leave during my Super Bowl Party and my 50 guests to go get food so I called Scottsdale Zoom and they said no problemo. I rarely send bad reviews but this company is the worst. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT YOUR DELIVERY ON THE RIGHT DAY. I ordered food for a family in mourning. They delivered the food the wrong day and refused to take responsibility for it. The fee was $25.00 plus 4% of total and then a tip. So, to have the food delivered was almost $50.00 and they sent it ON THE WRONG DAY. To make matters worse, Kyle (not sure about his role in the company) took no responsibility for his mistake. OMG, these folks are PHENOMENAL!! Frantic same-day request from me: "My friend's husband died yesterday, she's out of refrigerator space, I ordered a little 'fridge from Lowe's, but they can't deliver for 4 more days, can you pick it up and deliver it TODAY?" Claire not only assured me they could, but they would also pick up flowers and a card to deliver at the same time!! recently I heard from a friend that they would deliver any type of food from any kind of restaurant so being curious, I decided to try them out. since McDonalds is serving all day breakfast I ordered two orders of hotcakes, a sausage mcmuffin with egg, and a medium iced mocha. altogether the total for the food was $12. when the driver contacted me she told me that my address (which is in Scottsdale) was "out of range" and so she said it would be an additional $18 delivery fee. this was 30 on its own but I decided to let it slide for the time being. for all I knew, maybe I was out of range. she asks me through text if I'm paying cash or card and I say debit card. she says alright and drops the food off. only when she got to my doorstep did she mention the additional credit card fee that they charge. so my order came to a shopping $31. for a company this hyped up I had hoped for better pricing. the delivery driver was nice but the prices and wait times are ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this to even my worst enemy. read more
