Prior to moving to Gilbert I used the UPS Store on Alma School & Germann in Chandler and they have a normal door you have to open, which can be a huge pain when you're carrying a package and whatnot. The automatic door at this location is super convenient when you're carrying large/heavy packages.

I used to buy things here, but my last experience, along with all the negative reviews, forced me to go to another shipping center 13 miles round trip from my house, even though this place is a few blocks away. I understand that business owners need to maximize revenues, but as a former marketing manager for a $60 billion company, I would suggest that customer service goes a long way toward building a brand and providing some complimentary services are just part of serving the public.
