The last time I visited there was a different receptionist than normal. I paid in cash for services rendered. Either they have poor record keeping or the receptionist stole the money. They called and sent numerous letters. I explained to them I paid the $100 at the time of service. They sent the $100 to collections and it impacted my credit. Do not pay them in cash as they may misplace your payment and insist you pay again or threaten to send you to collections over a $100.

Dr. Loutfi is not only an experienced dentist but also just a nice person to be around. He is one of the few dentists I have I have known that actually volunteered to be a dental resident at Monmouth Hospital for one year after he completed his schooling. Dr. Lavery, in my opinion, is a very skilled, competent, confident, and patient dentist, he really knows what he's doing. His office, besides the "expected" cleanliness was designed to help relax his patients, young and old alike; he has created a very relaxing environment which puts his patients at ease for their visits (his taste in music is excellent!). I really like the fact that I have no problems getting in touch with him or his staff, even with emergencies that occur on weekends.
