They Took My Smile Away!!! A Terrible Experience - I Cannot Recommend This Office!!!…read more I have been receiving treatment at this office since February. When I informed them that my insurance coverage would expire in May, they suddenly became extremely proactive. I was sometimes scheduled two or even three times a week so they could complete my treatment before my insurance expired. The treatment plan was very clear from the beginning. I was told that my four front teeth needed root canal retreatment before receiving new crowns. Because retreatment was not performed at this office, I was referred to an endodontist. I trusted my dentist's treatment plan and followed every recommendation. During the root canal retreatments, my existing crowns were severely damaged. They cracked, broke apart, and became unusable. The decayed teeth underneath became visible, and one of my front crowns was partially broken off completely. As a result, my front teeth were left looking terrible. I could no longer smile with confidence, bite into food, or eat properly. The emotional impact has been devastating. I even lost weight because I struggled to eat, and my confidence and mental well-being have suffered tremendously. When I returned to this office, I repeatedly asked when my new crowns would be placed. No one could give me a clear answer. Eventually, the dentist told me that they no longer recommended placing crowns on my front teeth because there might not be enough remaining tooth structure, and that I should simply stay the way I am. This was shocking because this possibility was never discussed before I agreed to treatment. If there was a risk that my crowns could be damaged during the recommended treatment and that there might not be enough remaining tooth structure afterward--possibly even requiring extractions--I should have been informed before being referred for the procedure. That would have allowed me to make an informed decision. Instead, I trusted the treatment plan created by this office, followed every instruction, and now I have been left with severely damaged front teeth and no solution. A dentist has a responsibility to explain the potential risks of a proposed treatment before asking a patient to proceed. My biggest disappointment is that I was never informed of these risks. Had I been told that this treatment could leave me with damaged front teeth, insufficient tooth structure, or even the possibility of extractions, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether I was willing to accept those risks before moving forward. To make matters worse, one of the dentists at this office accidentally damaged the edge of one of my crowns during treatment. When I pointed it out, I was told, "Don't worry, sweetheart, these crowns will be replaced anyway." I trusted that reassurance and continued with the treatment. Now, after everything I went through, I am being told that my crowns will not be replaced and that I should simply live with this appearance. The first insurance pre-authorization was denied because of missing documentation. After it was resubmitted, my insurance approved the treatment. Previously, this office always contacted me immediately after receiving insurance approval to schedule my appointments. This time, however, it has been over two weeks since the approval, and no one has contacted me. I have been left waiting without any explanation, right in the middle of my treatment. I trusted this office with both my dental health and my smile. Instead, I have been left with unfinished treatment, severely damaged front teeth, emotional distress, and a complete lack of communication. I cannot recommend this office to anyone, and I am seriously considering pursuing all legal remedies available regarding my experience

They took care of all her routine care, and when she turned 10 they put on her braces. At every checkup they would complement her on how well she cared for her teeth. Sometimes they would remind her that she needs to floss, which I would encourage her to do at home. When it was time to take off the braces, they informed me that she had multiple cavities and needed two root canals. The surprised me because when she had braces, at every check up, they said her teeth were looking great. Anyway, we let them put in lots of fillings and do all kinds of repair work to her teeth. All of which turned out to be completely shoddy work! Now I'm spending thousands of dollars (to much better dentists) to fix the terrible crowns and fillings that they botched.

I can't get my daughters teeth cleaned or a proper referral for orthodontic care! I Do NOT Recommend. I suppose I would be less critical of their staffing issue if they had not REFUSED to provide a referral. They cited a 6 month cleaning was required to get referral, and then they canceled the scheduled cleaning & will not make ANY appointments because they don't have a dental hygienist on staff! My daughter is a well established patient with regular 6 month cleanings. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't provide referrals unless you get a cleaning, but then can't provide cleanings.

I come from a family with "weak" teeth so I'm a fairly frequent customer. I like that everything's in one place so if you need endodontics, orthodontics or dental surgery it can be done right there. And I've had everything done there from crowns to implants. I had a "low-tech" dentist before so my teeth were in pretty bad shape when I started, but now they look great and I frequently receive complements on them. My dentist is Dr. Kessler, who is really superb. The staff is very personable and their pricing is the best I've encountered. I also like that if you need attention quickly for something like an orthodontic problem, they can locate a specialist quickly. Last week a retainer bar that I've had for 30 years became loose, and the staff was able to set me up with their in-house orthodontist the very next day. He removed the "old school" bar and scanned for a new acrylic retainer (similar to Invisalign). They had it ready in a few days and it fits perfectly!

Twice now, I have received a "surprise" bill months after service. They blame it on insurance, but this last time I gave them several weeks to check things out, I was in no hurry. I don't mind paying, I do mind receiving a credit and then months later anonymously being told give it back.

Long story short, my husband took him to his next appointment where the dentist somehow thought my son's ADULT TOOTH was a baby tooth and proceeded to pull the ADULT TOOTH. Even after my husband said that I never mentioned a tooth being pulled. The dentist AND his hygienist both checked the chart and told my husband that he was wrong and the tooth needed to be pulled. My 8 year old had to have the tooth put back in by the dentist and then he had to have two very painful root canal appointments! We have no idea if he will be able to keep the tooth as he gets older or if he will need an implant. I will say that Dr. Emily worked with us and apologized profusely for what happened and they of course paid for my son's root canal and for all the endodontist appointments. But that doesn't change the fact that it was a careless mistake on Dr. Jeremy's part and the whole thing could have been avoided. I don't believe that this is a bad dental practice even in light of the situation, I just want parents to know that this is the experience my family had here.

'Don't waste your time with these people, they'll check out your mouth and tell you what's wrong but won't prescribe you any pain medication or antibiotics for a severe infection, knowing the referral they just gave you for surgery is months out. And on top of that, the referral will have no information on it so when you go to that appointment after the umpteenth amount of months you just waited, they tell you there's nothing they can do with the information given. Dealing with them has been nothing but a waste of time, money, and has caused nothing but pain and suffering.' Here's an update on my experience: Today, I had to call again to request a new referral be sent to the surgeon, as the previous one lacked the necessary information. The surgeon cannot legally proceed without clear documentation specifying what is being removed or repaired. During the call, I was immediately asked for my name--even though I am not a patient there and they should not have my personal information on file. It was clear the only way they had my name was from my previous review. From that point forward, the tone of the conversation shifted, and I was met with noticeable attitude. After being placed on hold, I was told that a referral had already been sent months ago. I acknowledged that, but explained that it was incomplete and unusable due to the lack of required details. In response, I was met with a dismissive attitude, including an audible huff. What I found most concerning was being told that we could simply write on the referral ourselves what needs to be surgically removed. This is not only highly unprofessional, but also raises serious legal and ethical concerns. I will be escalating this matter and seeking guidance on who to report this to, as this level of care is unacceptable. To add to the unprofessionalism, before ending the call, I was told, "thanks for the review," clearly referencing my previous feedback in a sarcastic manner. I hope this review is seen, as it reflects a deeply troubling experience that others should be aware of.
