For example, my twins started seeing him at a very young age, one twin had a terrible gag reflex and needed some work. Because of his special needs, he was referred to a Pediadontist, while the other twin was able to have all of her needs met with Dr Weinberger at that time. I have had other extensive medical needs, Dr Weinberger was always compassionate and coordinated my dental needs with the other things going on medically to the best extent possible. I have full trust in any of his recommendations. He is very gentle and compassionate. I still don't like needing to go to any dentist, but if I must go, Dr Weinberger is the only one for me! He makes you feel like family.

While in the middle of getting it evaluated, his receptionist came in to tell me that it was not covered by insurance, so I would have to pay out of pocket if we continued. I opted to go to a dentist that took my insurance. They still billed me for the evaluation, despite not running my insurance first. Its deceitful to start the costly evaluations before getting the insurance approved, and then to charge the patient despite the office not doing their due diligence beforehand. My appointment was for x-rays and a cleaning they were thorough and took their time which was great because normally whenever you go to any type of doctors they're always rushing you and pushing you out the door. Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly. I found him after a serious fall while walking with my son…read more I tripped on some broken concrete and fell on my face with my teeth taking the brunt of the fall since I had bags in my hands. Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be.
