She kept trying to fit something that was too big for my child's mouth. In the end we decided to move to a clinic nearer to our home.

Dr. Shapiro kindly answerd "Letters are the baby teeth you still have and numbers are your grown up teeth" Even when we had differing opinions on care planning for my daughter's teeth she was respectful and understanding of my views. They also included my daughter in the care and planning of her dental care by offering choices of toothpastes like Bugglegum, Apple, Orange, and grape. They're very rough and very obscure about everything they're doing. I've come home with incredible pain multiple time. When placing a crown in, they dropped the crown in my mouth and I nearly swallowed it which was very traumatic. On top of that, as they tried to pull the temp crown out, they harshly cut my lip and seemed to act as if it was no big deal when I was in pain. I've finally learned my lesson and will never return. They seem like nice people, but I truly believe they have ZERO training. It feels like such a waste of money. Just sad.

We landed here based on the recommendation of a family friend and have been pleased ever since. They handle everything with insurance in a calm and competent way, which already puts them ahead of much of modern civilization. Once you are an established patient, getting appointments is organized, predictable, and refreshingly free of drama. This alone is worth something in a world that so often prefers confusion. I have been seen by both the father and the son, and they are each competent, caring, and attentive in a way that suggests they actually notice the human attached to the teeth. The dental techs are consistently good at what they do, and the front desk staff is genuinely nice, not the forced nice that feels like a performance, but the real thing. We keep coming back, not out of habit, but because the care is solid, the people are kind, and our teeth continue to function as intended. Five stars.
