I forwarded an email to Accurate Reproduction and I waited at the counter for 2 labels to be printed ($3.00 apiece), unfortunately for me, I had to wait for one employee to finish ordering lunch online and the other employee to finish trying to find a home for some puppies, before I could get my labels. I made 4 trips, carrying in a large box each time and neither employee offered to open the door. After attaching the labels, I went back to the counter to ask a question, but the male employee that was there, refused to acknowledge me, for a second time, so I left. They have everything broken down into categories with attendants who are quite helpful. Anything from paint to oil to cardboard to paper, plastic and normal refuse. All have different compactors or cages to place your disposables. If you spend more than 5 minutes there, ask for help and keep moving.

While that's very impressive to me, I feel like their services have perhaps been eclipsed in some regards by Image is Everything and other local business which cater to SCAD students' printing needs. That said, Savannah Blueprint has always been a blueprinter servicing the industries which use arch/industrial reprographics and not a typical printer. They still get a good deal of business from SCAD kids in the building arts fields plus professionals in the same areas and those in civil, structural, and marine engineering. CADD, desktop publishing and good office/home printers which don't cost a king's ransom have all changed the game and yet these guys hang in and seem to do alright. All the work I've had done by Savannah Blueprint has been just fine. I have no complaints, but then once you've been in this field over ten years you probably have things down, and these folks have been here nearly a century. Why three stars? Savannah Blueprint also carries a number of drafting and surveying instruments and supplies and I've found their selection to be a little lackluster and some of the supplies downright dusty. The downtown office is small and crowded and while I don't fault them for that, I feel that if they want to offer core drafting supplies they could expand their selection because no one much else in the region has a good selection and they, with their history here, could corner the market. Savannah Blueprint also carries--or at least used to carry--USGS maps, but now you can get those for free as PDFs online straight from the source. Sometimes it feels like businesses like Savannah Blueprint are being slowly forced to go the way of the dinosaur due to the Internet and digital innovation, but I think they'll adapt as they have all along. I'm glad they're here, but wish they'd expand their supplies selection and make their website better.

He proceeded to tell me how "silly" (his words) I was for asking him that. I was confused. He wouldn't allow me to explain anything. He talked over me, eventually telling me to take my machine elsewhere, and hung up on me. I had never said an unkind word to him! I sat there stunned. This man is in serious need of counseling. Judging from Moye's reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his nasty temper. I am related to a retired sewing machine repairman who told me that if someone made him mad, he would deliberately damage a customer's machine. I don't know if Moye would do that or not, but I certainly would not trust him. And you people who paid for repairs and received non-functioning machines, three words for you: Better Business Bureau. Moye is not an associate but according to Google, BBB will still accept feedback. It's free and easy to file online. Takes about 3 minutes. Also, small claims court is available.
