Once it is your turn it takes about the 30 seconds the entire transaction. Nothing out of the ordinary or above and beyond for this visit. At least I am getting around finding out where these places are in my new neighborhood. There was no payment to be made as the return shipping is no cost. The quality of the item was not what was advertised so it went back. If everything was as presented Amazon would get less returns and UPS would only be delivering not taking unnecessary returns.

This "manager" on duty wasn't in uniform, which made it confusing to even know who was in charge (she was wearing glasses with a teddy bear colorful T-shirt) and instead of helping, I was told to use the self-service station to repack my already packed return. I was also warned that if I did it incorrectly, I would "forfeit" my return entirely. I kindly explained I've returned many amazon packages in clear bags and per the Amazon return guidelines this is encouraged. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully and given clear guidance--especially when following return procedures. Instead, I felt dismissed and pressured. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I hope the store improves both its professionalism and customer service going forward.
