Every time I go here I kick myself for not driving to the Buckwalter or other location where there is WAY better service. A younger, thin man, who has been there a while, is the most rude service person I have ever encountered. I have no idea how the owner doesn't see how he treats people. Today I had two soft packages to return to clothing stores. These were not inexpensive clothes either. He watched me tape the packages up and then when I got to the counter, he said "taping those packages was a waste of time and tape, I need to open them" and then proceeds to pull out an knife and slice right through each package down the center so aggressively! I said "WOAH, excuse me, but those are clothes in there!" And he said "Yeah whatever." I could NOT believe this happened. I finally called the owner and complained about him. They weren't the easiest to find, but they were very easy to work with. I've used them twice very recently while this is my first review. I'd seen the negative reviews regarding the staff, but didn't experience anything negative. While SC has relaxed their COVID rules, the UPS store during the first visit was limiting people into the store and strictly adhering to the mask rules and distancing. The second time after masks weren't required, most of the staff were still wearing masks along with most of the patrons. My drop off was very easy. They took me quickly, reviewed the information and even though the return I had was at the weight limit, there were no issues. They handed me a receipt and tracking information. I try to walk in @ 530 on a Friday when the hours on UPS.com and google are listed for this location to close at 6:30. Older man in a light blue button up shirt immediately gives me the nastiest glare like "what am I doing here?" Doesn't acknowledge after that then goes about his business. I'm beyond disgusted with this place now. If hours change, no problem. Just update info across the board besides having people drive out here thinking the store is open. i tried so hard to get a smile out of the young man waiting on me but he was intent on making an 80 year old that I am look like a fool that I am when it comes to technology. I have had a mailbox at this store for over 2 years now. The owner has always been extremely rude. Today was the last straw. I brought in an Amazon return as directed by Amazon. The app assures you that UPS will provide the box and will be hassle free. The owner complained about the size of my return (4 small boxes) and told me that he would tape them together without packaging. He also said that if they arrived broken it would be my problem. I had to walk to the other side to get my mail and overheard him telling his employee about the "fucking lightbulbs." I don't know his name but he is older, overweight and generally unhealthy looking. The young lady and gentleman who work here are lovely and I feel bad that they have to work for this man. The service here are grumpy old men who are rude, hasty and very unkind. I really do not like to go here when I return packages.

I find it completely unprofessional to change your hours but yet you don't find a time to update your website to reflect the new hours.

I return Amazon orders fairly frequently. I usually use another location, but the 2 times I have used this location, my items haven't reached the Amazon return center I I have been recharged after 60 days for the items. I get the money credited, but have to call Amazon to get the money back. Not worth the convenience of the location I will not use them again for any type of shipping needs. read more

The employees of this store are so helpful and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and they always help me with any shipping needs. I wish all local employees were like the ones at this store.
