When it came time for roof job, one one was here to supervise, the drip edge was wrong size, shingles looked like crap, nails were EVERYWHERE. It was the worst process ever and I regret ever getting it replaced. My old roof that was 20 years old looked better and held up better than this was has in the last couple years. They also messed up wood siding and never repaired. THIS OWNER AND THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Do NOT put your trust or money in them.

Initially, I submitted a request for a proposal online, which took me nearly 2 weeks to receive. After reviewing the proposal, I decided to move forward, and they sent me a contract. On page 4 of their contract, sent by the Operations Manager, it states "we would be glad to send you a certificate showing our insurance is complete and up to date." However, when I requested it, Ms. Lopez refused to provide it, and stated they would be glad to "show us" their insurance when they arrived for cleaning. They require you to sign and adhere to a contract in order to even schedule a cleaning, but you are not able to make sure they are properly insured and bonded BEFORE signing the contract. When I questioned it, Ms. Lopez got defensive and is not returning my phone calls. This just does not sit well with me, despite their online reviews. BUYERS BEWARE!

My mistake was to not take a second opinion on it. It turned out to be a simple problem of a wire that was open and all he had to do was connect them. I felt ripped and deceived. When I reasoned with him, he basically started talking about other jobs in the neighborhood that costed him a lot and this was his way of recovering!! What!! Why should I pay for his other 'not so profitable' jobs!! Eventually, I just paid him the amount as I had already agreed with him. I would totally stay away and look for more reasonable technicians.
