This ewer is very important to the church because it has been there since 1956. I searched and searched and I felt that there had to be someone in the whole of Vancouver who could do this repair and then I found Donald's Innovations and Repairs on Google. He was very methodical in examining the baptismal ewer to see if he could do the repairs before he accepted the job. Some are abstract and some sculptures are more realistic. There are large and very small pieces. The pieces are very pricy though but very well made for these one of a kind pieces. They had no idea how to do the job! When they drilled in the bolts that the glass was attached to they were all crooked! My Dad and his friend who is a window installer had to fix the problem. When they installed the glass it was chipped, the next set of panels were also chipped. I was so frustrated by how incompetent they where I told them to leave. They managed to install only 2 panels of glass out of 6. They are very friendly but have no idea how to do glass installation. They made me pay for the whole job even though they didn't complete the job. Worst experience ever. Glen
