We talked about replacing with a solid-state drive but I think we came to the conclusion that it was slow because of competing virus software. So he was very good and spent a lot of time with me giving me the options. And we chose the cheaper safer route first and then will discuss options if the problem persists. This was great I didn't spend a lot of time or money to find out the issue he was very patient with me and I would definitely return with any PC issues.

Although they didn't resolve my Windows reboot loop issues, they were able to remove the hard drive and save most of my data despite the many hard drive errors. I had also checked with Best Buy and found Avanti to be less expensive and much friendlier than the box store. I'm very pleased with my experience with Avanti and highly recommend them to anyone needing a computer repair or IT technical assistance. They're really great!!
