I first learned of Ace Auto Tint while I was across the street at an auto repair shop for another car and I happened to ask if they had heard of any good PPF/Window Tint shops in the area for my new car. Even though there was a window tint shop right next to them, they said they heard a lot of good things about Ace Auto Tint across the street and that they referred a lot of customers there. I had time to kill while waiting so I walked across the street and had the pleasure of meeting Paul. I was still early in the research process of which PPF and tint products to put on my new car and he was super helpful answering all of my questions during this visit and a few subsequent phone calls. I ended up going to another shop else because I wanted a specific manufacturer of PPF and window tint for the back five windows all done at one place and they don't currently carry the brands I was looking for. However, I did come back to have them install 3M Crystalline 80% on my windshield. Paul greeted me again and the job was done quickly and cleanly. They were by far the least expensive quote I got for this high end film and they are an authorized 3M shop. I was initially a little worried about putting tint on the windshield but it is practically invisible and it makes a huge difference on the amount of heat coming in through the windshield. This is so upsetting . I used to bring all my cars here to ace and never have they done this horrible of a job . I waited for a long time so I expected the job to be done correctly . I called to let them know and they told me they already knew that they had done my car tint like this so "they didn't need any proof or pictures" . Which honestly sucks. This is my 2nd review! I had Ace Tint work on my car and add ceramic tint and it came out beautiful. But months later I scratched the passenger window with metal yard signs. So I took my car back to have it redone and add sunroof tint as well as the front windshield tint. The shop offered to redo the scratched window generously for free and added the extra attention to detail on my front windshield and sunroof. My car looks so good! Not going to lie, first time i brought my car in the tint didn't turn out great. Brought it in and Paul took a look and he looked just as surprised as i was. He went ahead and replaced the tint and it came out looking good enough! Same thing happened with the windshield but instead of just replacing it they gave me the option to go with another film since the one i picked wasn't coming out great.
