I dropped off my car at 9a and came back at 4p (closing time, even though the business hours on this page says 7p) and still had to wait till 4:45p to drive off with my car. If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. Texted their number for the quoting and scheduling. Was able to schedule same day. Changed my plans, went to go drop my car off. Come to find out their scheduling isn't on par with their system at the site. On top of that, their pricing quote was different than what their system told me before. An additional 90$ on top of the 475$ for the package I was given on their pricing number for the front visor strip. My girlfriend called the asking for a quote on the same car and everything, got a quote for 575$ and then an additional 90$ on top for the front visor strip. Guy at the desk was transparent with me but also eating food right in front of me while talking. 2010 Honda Accord coupe work done: - $150 Tint Removal of sides and back window - $375 Nano Ceramic tint for sides and back window - $525 total to ruin my car Scheduled an appointment for June 19, 2026 at 8am. I ubered home right after dropping it off and then ubered back before 4pm (Their listed closing hours on yelp). After I get there the front desk employee tells me they are having difficulties with the back window of my car and it may take a while. So I sit on the sofa for maybe 30 minutes before Steve the owner tells me the same thing and that it will take til after 7:30pm to be done because of the difficulties and other cars being ahead of mine even though they scheduled me for an appointment. So its about 4:30pm at this point and I get a ride home and wait til 7:30pm and get no contact about my car. I decide to be patient and give them a whole hour more til I call. Steven tells me on the phone that its in the last leg of finishing the back window and to go ahead and head over. I only live 10 minutes away and when I get there its 9pm. They don't finish my car for another hour, so I don't get my car back til 10pm... They charge 3% fee for credit card so I paid with Zelle to avoid that, and then Steve (owner) tells me he's gonna give it a final inspection. Get the keys back and then its so late I just head home. While driving home I notice the absolute mess these guys left in my car. Solution all over my back seats and all over the sides of my car. Terrible job putting the panels back in and leaving the upholstery from the headliner loose above my passenger seat and where they failed at putting the panels back in and leaving the trash from their work in my car. Call Steve close to 11pm explaining the messy work and sent him pictures. He tells me to take it into the shop before noon the next day (Saturday June 20, 2026, their hours say they're closed but ok). Take it in at around 8:30am and asks Steve if he's seen the pictures. Says he didn't look... So we go to my car and I show him the messy work. Steve tells me they need 40 mins to detail and clean up. Gives me a free rock chip repair card for my troubles. I take an uber home and they don't text me til 11am to pick up my car. This time I inspect the car and they cleaned the sides and the back seats of the solution. However they still did a terrible job trying to fix the headliner where it was loose and hanging above the passenger seat, and still failed at attaching the panels in the back. I go inside to ask for Steve but the front desk employee tells me he's gone to some work lunch meeting. He takes notes of what i described above of the failed repair and denies them cutting the headliner to try to fit the passenger seat. Gave him a call at 1:50pm ish, he tells me that my car is so old that unfortunately additional damage happened and it wasn't explained to me that this could happen beforehand. All he recommended was to bring it in again, but in his own words it could get worse trying to reattach the panels. Then he said all I could really do is get it reupholstered and there's nothing more he can do for me. Now its going to cost me more money to repair the damage they did because they aren't used to getting cars that are older like mine. Please update your work hours, give people a heads up of your 3% credit card charge, and let customers know that you guys are not skilled enough to work on older cars. The night pics are right after i picked up the car on June 19, 2026. Day pics next day after their attempt at cleaning their work and fixing my headliner and panels EDIT: Opened my trunk and discovered they didn't clean any of the shards of tint there either and its wet with solution. They unplugged one of the wires and just left it there, didn't bother to plug it back in. Also discovered that they cracked my 3rd brake light (the brake light above trunk). The car was broken into, and as a result, the front passenger side window was shattered. OC Windshields Auto Glass was one of the places that was the most affordable to replace the passengers' glass. I was able to be in contact with a person from the shop via Yelp messages and phone. They asked for a deposit of half of the cost for the repair. Thankfully, my partner was able to take my car into their shop to get the glass replaced. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided accurate wait time for the job to be done. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. For people who are veterans or are still serving, you get a $25 discount, but make sure to ask just in case they are doing this for a limited time (military discount). I've had a ding on my windshield for some time but recently, while on a toll road, a good-sized rock jettisoned from the roadway and put another crack directly in my line of sight. It was annoying enough that I decided to fix both of those chips and, after finding out my insurance would offer no help, came here thanks to glowing reviews. They excel in great communication (and good prices). I sent a couple of photos to their website and within minutes received a reply that the dings were fixable. Five minutes and a couple of email exchanges later I'd set up an appointment for the next day. They have a semi-comfortable waiting room which was nice as it took two hours to complete the work (I was initially told one hour). As I had never had a chip "fixed" I was expecting more than what was delivered; my expectations were unrealistic. The work definitely will keep the chipped areas from further cracking but they didn't vanish - you can still see the marks where the dings were. At least the one directly in front of me is no longer a distraction and that was what I set out to have accomplished. read more
