I have to say that after being a first time client I appreciate their knowledge & patience with all my concerns & questions. Their work definitely showed. We did have a hiccup in regards to my ambient lighting and unfortunately had to take it to bmw to get it fixed. There were signs of water in between the doors. Paul and owner of ace auto tint took care of this issue which I deeply appreciate because it was a huge bummer it was a brand new vehicle. Now we all know that bmw is very delicate with their ambient lighting and anyone tinting has to be extra careful with the water seeping through the cracks. Ace Auto installed my Wolfbox Mirror/Camera system this month. I chose them because, while 2 hours away from my home, they were the one place that listed the Wolfbox system on their website and the Gen. Mgr, Paul, had one installed in his car. No fumbling around trying to figure out how to install the system. I highly recomment Ace Auto Tint to anyone installing a Wolfbox system. I really like the installed mirror/camera. Totally recommend Ace Auto Tint! I found them online and called for a quote to tint my car. The price I was quoted for 3M was better than the other places I called in the area. I made an appointment pretty late on Friday night for Saturday morning. Paul communicated with me and set the appointment up for me which I know was last minute but he made it happen. The work was done faster than I expected and the quality was overall amazing! I didn't know they perform other services such as chrome deletion, dash cam installation, etc. I also could tell this is a family business, so I'm definitely going to return for chrome deletion sooner rather than later! read more

Initially wanted to get both my car windows tinted and dash cam installed in one visit, so I sent out quote requests to a bunch of places. Paul replied quickly and gave a very detailed cost breakdown and the logistics of each film they carry. All tints were reasonably priced for 5 windows + windshield, ranging from $160-500 for a SUV, depending on whether you want ceramic or not. At the time of this writing, they offer Suntek and 3M. I would've 100% chosen to get my tint done by them purely because of Paul's responsiveness, helpfulness, and professionalism over Yelp, but at the time they didn't carry Llumar, which I had settled on for my needs. Paul did mention they are going to become an authorized dealer for Llumar and will soon offer it, so I'm confident I'll be back to take advantage of that down the line. Tint aside, once I found out that they do install dash cams, I was set on giving them my business that way. They sell dash cams such as Wolfbox and Vantrue, which are reputable brands and can order one for you. The installation is included in the price, and you can choose to do pay a bit more for a full hardwire to enable options like parking mode. I ended up getting my own Thinkware and set up an appointment to have it installed by them. Paul quoted me $100 flat rate for installation of customer procured dash cam. Upon arrival at 9AM, they were already pretty busy with at least 3 other customers waiting in the lobby. I was greeted by Paul and he's just as nice and professional in-person as over Yelp. I just felt very comfortable at their business. I believe there were 2 other guys working in the back so I think they were able to get through cars at a reasonable pace. Overall waiting time for the installation took about 1 1/2 hours, which is much faster than if I had tried to install the cam myself. Everything seemed great, and when I connected to Bluetooth to check the camera placement on my phone, everything was more or less centered. Paul also mentioned that if anything happened with the dash, even though I didn't buy it through them, they would be happy to help and at least back me up if I had to reach out to Thinkware. Only reason I took off one star was because when I got home, I noticed a bunch of trash had been left in my car from the installation. Zip tie ends, trimmed wires, a small but sharp blade, and the two screws that hold the fuse box cover closed (good thing they were still in my car...). I had to screw them back in myself. I think my overall interaction with this place outweighs the cons of the above, but I can only hope someone sees this and reminds staff to please be more mindful of their customers' cars. read more

Paul and his dad were so welcoming when I arrived. I chose the Suntek brand tint and love it. My mom didn't want anything dark so I got the 50%.
