I originally had a self employed contractor that started the project but only got the bathtub installed & about 1/3 of the wall tile in the tub/shower done before quitting because I had a plumber check his work on the tub installation as he was not a licensed plumber & installed the tub & faucets. Triton only provided the vanity cabinet with double sinks, & the quartz countertop. I provided for the entire project, the tub, faucets for the tub, shower doors, toilet & all floor tile which I paid separately for its installation. Triton was to install the vanity with the quartz countertop & double sinks & touch up the bathroom walls that were messed up during installation. I paid separately also for the shower tile to finish its installation to reach the ceiling. The left side sink was not properly installed flush to the countertop so when cleaning it has black gook pour down around the sink & the faucets which I purchased somehow when installed I've had almost no hot water pressure. I did not replace light fixtures, the vanity mirror or medicine cabinets. My cost was $11,500 for a job that was unprofessionally done with several basic flaws like the sink & water pressure which I don't know what happened. I do know the project manager on my job was fired before the work was finished so I guess the shoddy work on the sink was his workmanship as he installed the vanity. If five years out my master bathroom project shows the signs of poor workmanship don't do a renovation project with this company. I never called them back about the issues as I was so tired of what little work they had to perform taking like 3 months to finish & mainly because the project manager would tell me when he'd return to do some work & I would have to call when he didn't arrive to say things like he had to go to Orange Park for something & couldn't come & did things like that numerous times & not showing up for the job.

We've tried a couple of the local shops over the years and were mostly turned off. But recently, when we got a hankering for some homemade curries, marinades, stir fries, and such, we went on the hunt for something better and finally stumbled on Dinosaur. They aren't really "supermarket" huge, but far larger then the shops we've tried in the area. Plenty of shelf staples from a variety of cuisines, at decent prices. And a good selection of meats and produce that you won't find in the Winn-Dixies, Publixes, or Whole Foods in the area, and you can't simply order shipped from Amazon. As a "foody tourist" in a shop like this, I'm not entirely self sufficient. I can tell my galangal from my ginger, and my choy sum from my bok choy, but I still get lost trying to find or identify some things. The shopkeeper there keeps busy managing her store, and I don't expect her to play "tour guide," but she does try to be helpful and work past the language barrier when I come up with questions. The place is clean and pretty well organized considering the wide variety of foods and countries that are represented. A gold mine of exotic foods we can't find anywhere else.

It's not the cleanest or nicest looking market I have been to. But it's close and had every bring I was looking for. It had a little smell but in assuming that's because of all the different foods and produce they had out. We were able to get a big sack of sweet rice for sticky rice. I found my egg rolls for making lumpia and even the veggies to put in it. They also had some chicken wings and other side items to take home to go. The lady at the counter was so nice when we walked in. She was very attentive and polite. She had a bright smile when we walked through the door. It's always fun going to these markets because they are so different from your usual American grocery store. I always find some new things to try.

This DT is in the University Center shopping center, with Bealls Outlet, TJ Maxx, etc. I am not…read morefrom the area so I can't say why, but all the stores in this center are very well stocked and have better variety and nicer items than their chain counterparts in other locations. As for Dollar Tree specifically, I was impressed here too! This is a rare DT store to have an entire organization rack/shelving unit devoted to tee shirts! Every other DT store I've visited--many--have all the shirts jumbled in one big bin, or sometimes on hangers, but disorganized in both cases. This DT not only had colors and sizes sorted by compartment, but they were neatly folded and wow, it was great! It saves shoppers so much time not having to dig, and also if you only have one hand because you're carrying other purchases. They were well-stocked all over the store; no boxes out or "reorganization" mess in the aisles. Great variety and availability of all the staples, and lots of fun novelties. Not every DT has a clearance section, and many stores only put broken items (that ought to be throw out) in clearance, but this store had a bunch of overstock items there, perfectly good condition. I grabbed some plastic plates for my preschooler because I needed more while on vacation. Great store! Probably the best DT in Jacksonville! Just give yourself time to check out the other stores in the strip as well, it's worth it!
