You go through the deal, you get to a certain point, and it fails, can't read the check. So, any deposits have to be done inside the bank. My son has the exact same issue, and we go to the CU to make our deposits. No other bank has any issues with deposits, once they determine that you are you! Being out of money on some of the biggest weekends of the year is just neglect. Someone should get alerts and be able to bring cash to an ATM out of money. I don't have website problems, and accts are okay, but the ATM deal, it's just not acceptable in 2025. Instead of buying another credit union, Vystar should have updated its ATM software and check readers.

I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Otherwise, they do everything else very well.
