They made it sound simple--four payments and I'd be done. But after paying over $2,500, they hit me with a surprise: I supposedly still owed nearly $2,200 more, bringing the total to almost $5,000 for a $2,000 loan. They never clearly explained this in writing. They rushed through a confusing explanation and handed me a piece of paper full of fine print that I didn't have time to read. It turns out they're charging around 300% interest--completely outrageous and predatory. On top of that, the staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful, not polite, and honestly ruthless in how they treat people. Once they have you locked in, they don't care about fairness or communication. Please, read every word of your paperwork, and better yet--do not go to this place at all. There are better, more honest ways to get help than dealing with this kind of trap.
