The manager called me to apologize about the incident. I appreciate her taking of her time to hear my voice. Thank you. My last review was removed because it did not met the guidelines. Supposedly, did not have enough details. I got to the branch in the afternoon. After arriving, no one greet me or told me that someone will be with me shortly. The manager, later I discovered that she was the manager, was sitting in her office and did not bother to do anything. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I stand up and ask the teller if this branch was closed or in the process of closing because there was no one taking care of customers. She kindly told me that she would sign me up therefore someone can see me shortly. After that she went and spoke with the manager and did bot update anything else. After waiting for a long time, a more than friendly banker helped me to solve my problems. If you are looking for a bank that care about you, do not look here. Yes, the banker was a great person but the whole branch is terrible. It is a shame that my comment was deleted trying to silence my voice. I made a fund transfer thru Zelle this morning for my friend in Las Vegas today March 2, 2026 at about 10am and until now at 12pm have not received yet, I kept calling and told me wait for 15 mins and the transfer money will get thru but still not received. Took over the Brooks Brothers retail space and very glad Chase did, better convenience for the people that work North of 7th Street. Staff is friendly and they have 3 ATM's to assist you, two are located off the street facing Figueroa and one inside safely behind the glass doors. I personally feel safe on this corner & area anytime of day, but good thing Chase gave people the option. Parking can be tricky, they may offer parking in their building parking structure but since I work a few doors down I do not have that problem, but not too bad if you are in a hurry & turn on you hazard lights and quickly withdraw or deposit. read more

Usually I am very patient, but if you are already slow and can't add please don't talk even more. Every time I come here I wait atleast 10-15 minutes in line just to deposit my check. This is the BEST bank and branch you can find!!! I surely did not choose the wrong bank. I came during a lunch break to make my account and was greeted warmly by Jorge standing around the branch. I was serviced quickly by Sofia, she opens your accounts. She was very sweet and kind. The reviews here don't do her justice. She will slow down and make sure to use examples so you get the idea of banking. She is very patient with all of her customers and is a great conversationalist. She adjusts to your needs and feel free to ask her questions. She loves answering your questions so there is no confusion. There is also the branch manager Sofiean. She enjoyed greeting every new customer and will bring some great happiness to your day. In fact, the whole branch really treats you like family here. If you have feedback they are more than happy to take it. They are always trying to find ways to improve their branch. After I opened my account I was shown by Kha how to use the mobile wallet to access my account while I waited in the mail for my debit card. I would say that I haven't had better experiences at any other bank and I've been through my fair share of different banks and branches. I've also observed their branch in action where you walk through the door and you will be greeted warmly. No homeless people around like previous post said, I've been to the other chase banks around and couldn't see a banker (even left my number and got no callback for 2 days) however I walk into this one and it was the quickest and easiest process, I was in and out and Sofia did a great job helping me open a business account. Chase usually has a bad store rep but this one is top tier, everything's sanitized and hardly any lines. read more

Horrible place. Deposited $1000 in cash, then the ATM hit an error message, sucking up my money, but not acknowledging it on my account, not even as pending. So basically, my money went missing. The teller behind the counter was unable to help so he took me to one of the bankers behind the desk (with the separators). That banker, Bernie, said, "call this number" and gave me a card with the phone number to customer service, without even looking at me, when she had no customer at her desk. The teller sighed and was kind enough to take me to a second banker, Omar, who was willing to help out more. I'm not sure what Bernie's job is, but I guess Chase train their bankers to help their clients by giving out a general customer service number, only so that the clients can be on the long wait line over the phone, after having to push multiple numbers through the automated machine to talk to a real person, when they could do just the same, right in front of me, in person. Omar was nice, but honestly, the issue was not resolved and I was so disgusted by the first banker that nothing could have made me feel better. My money is still missing and I will update this review once I get my money back and the issue has been truly resolved! read more

All chase banks are horrible to first customers with new accounts. I had deposited a check from my employer and got a receipt letting me know that I wouldn't be able to use my funds until 10 days AFTER it was deposited. I am currently left broke and starving to death! No money for food, to pay bills, etc. I would have understood if I was a child with parents that was being taken care of. But I am an adult with a job and even then I was told that I was not trusted with funds I had placed. Horrible horrible service with all chase accounts. read more

I want to begin by saying that the branch manager (SOFIANN) not sure if that is how you spell it, at this branch is amazing. Also Sofia which is a personal banker I believe, made it possible for me to keep in contact with trying to set up a notary appt that was at last minutes notice. We were playing phone tag back and forth trying to get something scheduled all day. Well to make a long story short, I ended up going in after work to see if we're could schedule an appt. It wasn't looking good at all but the notary Omar was able to squeeze me in and got it done. I want to say that they looked for a solution to my problem and helped me out. I love this Bank and the people that work here gives me amazing service. They almost feel like family. I was 19 years old when I was helped by Wendy to get a credit card and I was approved for the freedom with a good amount of credit and before the age of 21 my amount had triple!!! I highly recommend this bank for any banking services you need. I have established credit at such a young age which opens a numerous amount of doors for me and I would really like to give a big thanks to Wendy and her team. I work down the street so they feel like neighbors but I always come to this branch whenever I have troubles I also have good talks with them catch up with life they ask me if anything I can do for better experience. Last year, I came to this location several times. Each visit I made, the service became worse. Several times I banked at that location during my lunch hour, and also happened after 5pm. There have been times I walked out right in front of them when they were finally ready to help me, because I had to leave in order to keep up with my schedule. One time I made a transaction to my money market account and it took me over 25 minutes. I actually called the 1-800 # and complained. They sector manager came down the next day and regulated. The next time I went there, there tune improved. They still had to make some improvements. read more

Worst and Slowest SERVICES NO Matter What Time I visit. They just want you to use their debit machine...Hate this location

I came into this branch upset and frustrated. I opened up my chase checking and savings account around 6 months ago with my fiance. Everything seemed to be running smoothly, and I had recently decided to completely switch banks and link my direct deposit to our joint account. Well, yesterday I really regretted that choice. I had gotten off of work, and was paying my parking on the automated machine, when the machine kept saying my card was denied, but I kept trying again thinking it must have not been read right, but it kept being declined. Luckily my coworker was with me and lend me some cash. Later that night, I tried to pay some bills online hoping for better luck, but sure enough i couldn't use my card OR pay through E check. I was so frustrated, i called chase customer service and they informed my my account was CLOSED! I was infuriated because i was not notified of this, and i had to figure it out on my own that it was closed. The next day i called customer service again to see what reason they had for closing my account. They told me that my ssn was wrong and i had to go to a social security office to obtain a letter with my correct ssn. Being that i worked right across from the social security office, i went on my lunch, waited for an hour to obtain the documents they requested and rushed to chase. Now this is where this particular location changed my mood! Right away i was greeted by the branch manager and she told me i didn't have to wait in line, that a banker would help me with my situation. Within minutes Ta'Tiana came up to me and took me into her office. I then explained the situation and told her how they had told me about the documents needed and also they would be able to lift my restrictions and unfreeze my account in one business day (was not happy about this because this meant that i had no use of my money until tomorrow). She right away told me she would try her best to change that (in the beginning i thought she was just trying to make me feel better). she right away got in contact with customer service, and let them know she sent over the documents they requested from me, they then told her they needed completely different documents, to which she told them they provided me with the wrong information. After that happened, she helped me get the documents together and sent them right over, she was kind and making me feel more at ease. Right after they told her they had received them, they informed her my account and funds would be available tomorrow, she then told them NO that it didn't have to take a whole business day,. that her customer needed her money and she needed it to be done today because they had all the information they needed to unfreeze my account, and guess what? WITHIN 10 MINUTES I HAD ACCESS TO MY FUNDS!!!! I was so relieved and happy!!!! This is going to be my go to chase branch from now on. everyone is so friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH TA'TIANA!
