My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

Kevin knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable about the Trex decking but I feel he rushes you through all the details and is more concerned about making a sale then he is the customer. He also makes commitments to provide more proposals for additional work outside of the decking profession and then falls short because he says his time is very limited. Or possibly it's not enough money involved to interest him. Once he's made the sale and collected his money, he has no regard for any of his customers concerns and actually becomes very arrogant and defensive. The…read moredeck looks beautiful, but they left screws and bolts everywhere- In addition, the upper deck seems to be leaking water onto the lower deck. They were great at first, but seemed to fall off toward the end of a project. It was a relatively small job for them, I am sure, based on their pictures that they post, but that shouldn't be an excuse. We also have some gaps in spaces where animals set up homes... we are experts, Jeff and co. should have warned us about this. Even if it meant spending a bit extra.
