Great ice cream eatery. Easy parking and kid friendly. Lots of flavors with plenty of seating.

They did a great job and they have a lift on the truck. No complaints from me. I would use them again.

Ace has the worst customer service out there. they will argue with you and their movers about broken items. then not respond for stuff, not reimburse you. not to mention they lost ALL of the hardware for EVERYTHING! We hired Ace because our neighbor was one of the main guys at the company and gave us a good quote to move from Anchorage to Idaho. Along with some delays at their hub in Montana, we had A LOT of breakage and missing items. Their staffing was not adequate. While some items were well packed, some of our valuable artwork was not packed properly at all. I've attached some photos. The driver could not have cared less about the damage. It was not a good experience and we would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Hank never did call me, but my husband and I went in today. We talked to Hank and he had no trouble reimbursing us for having the bed cleaned, but he refused to pay the 60 cents/lb. insurance on our two broken items. I don't understand what all the fuss is about if it would just be a few dollars . . . whatever. I was more concerned about the $50 for the bed cleaning, and I'm glad we at least got that. Luckily, we didn't have to deal with Carlos. Hank even remembered that I was taking the bar and wished me luck. He seems okay (except for never calling back), but the whole experience just leaves me with such a bad taste in my mouth, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

DO NOT HIRE. These movers will rip you off and are amateurs. They tried moving a piano up my stairs and nearly tore the house apart because they were clearly not professionals. They put a giant hole in my wall and then dodged me over and over about fixing it until I gave up on them. read more

I have had about 5 transactions with Ace Delivery & Moving and was surprised by some of the lower ratings I have seen. I have had nothing but good experiences with Hank and his team. They do what they say they are going to do. This is a difficult business and it is tough to keep good employees so of course everything isn't always going to be perfect, when it isn't Hank is a stand up guy and will take care of it. Carlos was very helpful until we signed the check for almost $20k. As soon as we paid their required 80%, they began to nickel and dime us for everything. We moved from Alaska to California and they lost the whole shipment... THE WHOLE SHIPMENT!!! We think that mixed up the paperwork and send the crates to another state. It took over two months after the delivery date for them to find and deliver our household goods. During the delivery to the apartment (on the 3rd floor), they added an extra $1500 because the apartment complex had no elevators, so that was a surprise charge that's not included anywhere in their contract. Furthermore, they refused to pay or repair any broken items, even thou I bought insurance, which isn't cheap (I think it was like 0.20c per pound. At the end, Carlos and the owner insisted that we paid the remainder in cash, which end up being over $8k, with a grand total of almost 180% above their estimate. We had, let me emphasize... HAD! A Gun Cabinet by Cook's Woodstock. I didn't care for the rifles and guns, but the cabinet was a masterpiece. Just picture the cabinet, constructed of solid Oak, with dowels and concealed hardened screws, that thing was made to last a lifetime... until Ace Company got a hold of it. Some of the scratches looked like they were made with a screwdriver. They cracked the back brace, and ripped some of the cabinet dowels... now is useless! Afterwards, we learned in court that Ace Delivery & Moving Company are not strangers to lawsuits from customers. Their tactics is to underbid, and then overcharge the consumer. The majority of their customers end up paying just to avoid the hassle, or because they don't know the law. In addition, is very difficult and costly to take them to court while being out of the state. They aren't professionals; they are thugs with a business license. They called me names and they made everything very ugly and personal. The good thing is that we learned from this experience... The moral is not to go with the cheapest bidder. One last thing, my husband is getting transfer back to Anchorage this summer, so I hope that you remember what you called me over the phone... don't forget it, because I want you to repeat it in front of my husband. read more

Ace Delivery & Moving took on our move after the crummy broker we hired could not find a mover in our area! I spoke to the owner before the move date and he was very helpful. Our broker had us set up for "full service" which we thought meant the movers would pack. We were so wrong. Ace Delivery subcontracted Hi-Line out of Montana who showed up late on moving day. When we didn't have our entire house packed, the driver was instructed to leave. We were on a schedule and could not wait a couple of days. So between me, Hank and Hi-Line we got it squared away and had the house packed and loaded in 7 hours. The driver and movers from Hi-Line were excellent! Hank was also very professional and explained how things were going to happen, how long transport may take, etc. I never felt he was leading my astray. On the day my furniture was delivered, I had to use two credit cards to make the payment. Normally, according to Hank, they don't go the credit card route. Not sure why, but he made an exception for me. When the transactions cleared, he let me know and Hi-Line delivered my belongings. I have only one bad thing to say but I don't think it is Ace Delivery's fault and that is that one box was missing from my shipment. Many thanks to Hank for a job well done. read more

If I can save 1 person from using Ace's services, I've done a good job. I wish someone would have told me about this company before I hired them to move a safe. The short version is they damaged my house during the delivery. I got 3 estimates like they asked, and turned it all over to the "manager". They wouldn't accept 1 quote because the owner didn't like the owner of the other company. Hank actually called me a crook because he thought the estimates I got to repair the damage they did to my house was too high. (all 3 quotes were within $100 of eachother). After 8 months of argueing and office visits, I got 1/2 of the repair cost.. Please learn from my mistakes and DO NOT use this company. read more
