They don't always answer during business hours, so if you have a time-sensitive concern, they may not be available in a timely manner. Prolly should use a larger or more established company. i don't remember my instructor but he was pretty cool and chill and understanding i did 6 lessons and taught me a lot of things for driving during busy hours,school hours or just around and about i took classes about 6 months ago and after i was done with classes told to work on my heavy foot but 6 months passed and on monday september 29 at 9:00 am i took my behind the wheel test and i pass my first time so im grateful and blessed that my grandma told me to take driving school god is good if i pass so can you. yes i was nervous but i remember all the lessons and i passedi haven't gotten my driver license in the mail yet cause i just took it on monday so still waiting. read more

Traffic school on their Mobile App. I had to take traffic school for a speeding ticket this year. I called to get more information by phone. I originally wanted to do an in person class but I was referred to the website to complete it online. I go to the website and it takes me to a mobile app link, says it's easier and more convenient. So I download the mobile app (see picture attached) & I LOVE IT! It was so easy, I finished in 3-4 days. I took my time. Did some of it throughout the day. It's very engaging, to the times, funny, & bearable. I have already recommended this to my friends and family and they also love it. I hope I don't have to do this ever again but if I do, I'll definitely come back to this app to take my traffic school. Crazy how things have changed but, I gotta get with the times. read more

Honestly with the reviews I was a little nervous because they didn't lie , they do put you behind the wheel right away but there are two sets of brakes and gas pedals one for the driver side and one the passenger! I have really bad anxiety but my instructor Neal was patient and very informative ! I did the class for 3 days by the second day I was on the freeway!! So insane !! I'm so grateful for them because I would have never learned to drive !! Don't let the reviews scare you because they were super great and I'm glad they helped me get over my fear of driving !! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Our youngest daughter had to prepare for her driving portion for her license. I honestly did not know the proper way to teach someone how to drive so I started researching driving schools. I found a few of them, but they were so expensive I had to look for other options. Neighbor told me about Ace driving and it was nearby. I called and saw the reviews. It was too good to be true. I paid for several two hour sessions. I believe a package of three 2hour sessions was around $400 which to me was well worth it. My daughter initially was opposed to the idea, but after her first session, she agreed it was a great idea. Surprise right lol the instructor pick you up at your home and you are immediately behind the wheel. After her third session she took the test and passed it with flying colors. This school made her feel comfortable. The instructor was super nice and it was so well worth the money. read more

I was driving past the high school today and saw a car speeding, tailgating, and generally acting a fool. The white hatchback was a few cars in front of me so I had a clear view. Normally I would brush it off as just another moron using their car as an extension of their tiny little ego. Also, I usually wouldn't care if it wasn't directly affecting me. But this idiot was doing this right in front of a school while all the students were walking out and waiting on the sidewalk for their rides. Then I notice there was a website and a phone number on the car's bumper, so I snapped a picture when we were all stopped at a red light. As soon as I took this photo the light changed and the white car took off like they were in a lame street race were no one else cares or even notices they want to race. When I got home I was shocked to see the website on the back of the car was for a driving school! A driving school?!?! The irony was too much. If you're going to drive like ish at least don't do it in the driving school car smart guy. That's not good advertising. You're advertising that you drive like ish. People don't want you to teach their kids to drive like ish. People don't want you to crash your ish into their ish, or kill their kid while you teach someone else's kid to drive like ish. Maybe that finally explains why there are so many bad drivers out there. This guy is teaching all of them! lol "Remember class, no more than 2 feet between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. Push the pedal all the way to the floor when you want to go. And whatever you do, never use your turning signal no matter what." Maybe you forgot that your phone number and website are on the back of your car. WORST driving school ever! DO NOT GO HERE. My instructor was 15 minutes late and did not compensate for being that late. We even arrived early at my house. During the first 5 minutes in my interaction with the instructor, he talked with a VERY VERY VERY condescending manner. I didn't know anything about driving and I even told him so! During the driving, the first thing we did was go on the streets at 40mph. NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR A NEW DRIVER. NOT AT ALL. On multiple turns, he would take control of the steering wheel, punish me for my mistakes, AND EVEN YELL AT ME. NOT A GOOD LOOK. He was passive aggressive throughout the ENTIRE lesson and the only times he was nice was when he talked to me about school, my culture, or any BUSINESS related things such as choosing this school. I cannot emphasize ENOUGH how bad this instructor was, and after reading reviews, he has been working at this institution for very long. I cannot believe many people have had to deal with his passive aggressiveness and yelling. In fact, I EVEN CRIED FOR 30 MINUTES after the lesson because of how bad he made me feel at driving. I asked many, many peers, and they all said they had good driving instructors. Why can't I? Moreover, don't get me started with the refund policy. No refunds, especially for a lesson where I get EMOTIONALLY AND VERBALLY abused? Come on, do better. Don't take the gamble and go to this driving school. Pick a better one with a better refund policy, where you can meet the instructors and have them NOT be late, and where they're actually a human being with COMMON SENSE. "Driving is simple." Oh yeah? Math is simple to me too. Why can't you be as good as me at it? This instructor even made the DUMBEST analogy. "You don't think about walking step by step, right? Same thing with turning the steering wheel." That's because people are used to walking. Driving as well. Do I think when I do math? I don't. In that same analogy, no one has to either right? What a bad instructor. I made a wrong turn in a neighborhood and HE STOPPED ME AND LECTURED ME FOR 15 WHOLE MINUTES OUT OF THE TWO HOUR LESSON. Is it even legal to do that? From what I know, educational instructors ARE NOT ABLE TO CALL YOU STUPID or even hint it. That should be against the law as they are instructors instructing people in order for them to learn! I have a problem where I sometimes turn the wheel too much or too little. Every single time I tried to turn, my instructor would correct EVERY SINGLE MISTAKE I DID right then and there. Talk about stressing me out. I was tense throughout the WHOLE lesson, and not once did he ever calm me down. Is this guy even qualified to be an instructor? DMV-qualified nowadays doesn't take much if this guy is on the list. Another thing he did was he would always control the breaks and the gas for me. Throughout the WHOLE two hours, he would control the breaks and gas and it felt like I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE VEHICLE. And I'm not getting my money back for "learning" how to drive with ZERO ACCESS OVER THE VEHICLE? Atrocious. Absolutely disgusting. Never choose this school, don't even consider it. However, instructor Leonel Sanchez was a different story. He was rude, condescending and did not teach her anything. Bait and switch. For a minor to get a driver's license in California's, they need classroom instruction to get a permit plus behind the wheel practice. We called and were quoted a price of $125. We enrollled, and attended. It wasn't until after the first day that we were told behind the wheel practice was an ADDITIONAL $250. That's terrible customer service. UNETHICAL! LIARS! TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF! I had seen the promotion on Groupon for $310 for 6hrs behind the wheel. I noticed their "original" fee was listed as $698!! After research of other driving schools I knew there was no way that could be true! I went on their website and fees were not listed anywhere which made me suspicious. Not at all satisfied, the instructor who showed up was not the same mentioned in the confirmation email, no communication about the change from the school, they canceled lessons and blamed it on us saying we canceled scheduled lessons which we never did, when I tried to call and explain to them that someone was canceling lessons without us asking for it, the person on the phone was extremely rude. Driver showed up 25 minutes prior to appointment and left 20 minutes prior to scheduled time with s "sorry we missed you note"! Driver said appt was 6p vs scheduled time listed on website of 6:20p. When you try to call, only ever get a voicemail so only communication thus far is email and voicemail...very frustrating when working with a busy schedule to have this type of disconnect. We were told a note would be placed on her file and she will ONLY be scheduled with a female. 3rd AND LAST APPOINTMENT: My daughter scheduled her appointment, I called to confirm that it would be with a female and guess what? It was scheduled with a MALE! I called back to have this rescheduled and they tell me she's booked for the rest of the year. The OWNER Rafael DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. Go to AAA instead. AAA has more availability and more female instructors and audio in the vehicles so you have Peace of mind if you have a daughter ALONE with a male. read more

I'm not understanding why ACE has such bad reviews. They're a bit more pricey than some of their competitors but, they're worth it in my opinion! I'm a 28 year old with a huge fear of driving. I had the pleasure of having both Rafael and Nelson as my driving instructors and I could not be more pleased! Both were extremely patient, great at calming nerves and walking you through things step by step. They never made me feel stupid or incompetent but they aren't afraid to push you or correct you. My instructor, Victor Hernandez is an excellent coach, he really helped me with the key points to pass the driving test. I was going to give them at least a 4 star rating because so far the driving instructors have been so nice and friendly until this Man who sounds old was very rude on the phone (his name is Moses). He was very sarcastic and not accommodating on the phone at all. This was actually not the first time I spoke to him. I remembered talking to him the first time and I already got the impression that he was rude but I thought I'd give him another chance. My advice to you Moses is that you need to work on your customer service skills especially if your job is to answer the phone. Don't be Rude and Sarcastic! You need to be accommodating when people ask you a question. Be empathetic! To the owner or manager of this location, please counsel your employee with this kind of attitude. read more

He passed his written test on the 1st try. and when he had his driving classes all his instructors were very professional and on time. Great learning experience.
