So incredibly rude. I called to try and schedule some lessons and the man on the phone was extremely condescending. All I wanted was clarification on pricing because the website shows that 6 hours is $350 but the man on the phone wanted to charge me $375. He claimed it was because I wasn't a minor and kept rudely asking if I knew I wasn't a minor and laughing. I reminded him that I know my age, but the website shows 6 hours of training costs $350 and I was just confused by the website showing a different price. If they're this rude on the phone just imagine how rude they must be when teaching people to drive. I immediately hung up the phone and ended up scheduling lessons elsewhere. read more

Was very unorganized. We were told that our 2nd and 3rd driving lessons would be scheduled by them and we would get a call when they scheduled them. We waited almost 6 months with no response from them and when we asked happened it was an absolute hassle trying to schedule our lessons and they gave us some attitude while doing so. We then were told that it was scheduled on a different day than what was originally established only a week before the scheduled date which messed up our other plans. Juan is rude and unprofessional. He can improve on listening and not condescending or speaking over others. His behind-the-wheel explanation is very confusing, and after reading other reviews, I am relieved that I am not the only one who experienced his rude behavior. Even though they have low rating on yelp,Juan was highly recommended by a friend. I can not express how disappointed I am with this company. When you sign up, they promise you everything. Once you paid in full, you gotta work with their schedule. You are promised to get a call back but you need to keep on calling before they decide to communicate back with you. I was told "they are trying to run a business" so I need to work with their schedule. We had a great experience with Juan's Driving School. I called to schedule behind the wheel training for my 20-year-old. They prescheduled all 3 lessons, and then communicated with us by text. Juan is an amazing instructor and coach. I was having issues turning and maintaining my speed and Juan noticed right of way . He explained the technique and we practice during my first two hours of behind the wheel training. By the end of my lesson I learned the skills and confidence needed to successfully pass my my driving test. Very happy with the knowledgeable, punctual, patient, and thorough instructors at Juan's Driving School. My son had two lessons with Juan and one with another instructor in preparation for his behind the wheel test, that I can confidently say helped him pass his behind wheel test and more importantly retain best practice driving skills to last a lifetime. (my son even taught me thing or two of how to be a better driver) We also put in a lot of driving practice time in, because like with anything in life practice, practice always makes "perfect". I took two sets of lessons from Juan's Driving School. The first lesson was with Lorena, she was an amazing teacher and so nice (if you can, request her).The second lesson I had was with Juan and it was horrible. He was incredibly rude and he would laugh at me when I didn't do something right. He also referred to someone on the street as "retarded", that is completely unacceptable . Really disappointed. I called a couple months ago and the gentleman I spoke with was very polite and informative, however the man that just called me back came off super rude. Apparently, they are quite busy because I was told there would be no way for my daughter to complete her behind the wheel (3 sessions) until March unless she could do it during school hours. For Christmas I bought my son Drivers Ed so he could pass his driving test and begin his responsible driving path. I was nervous as he is a young driver and that comes with great responsibility. The initial sign up was very easy with a phone call, payment and scheduling the 3 2 hour driving classes. They set up messaging with you and your child to confirm appointments that remind you and your child what to wear & what to bring. So organized! After the first session with the driving instructor Juan, my son knew exactly what his driving strengths and weaknesses are and what he needed to practice on. After the second driving class he became an expert driver with great focus and detailed driving. I was so impressed at his confidence. The 3rd and final class he was equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to pass his driving test with ease. Juan instilled so many important driving safety skills that helped my son pass his test with great confidence and also the safety skills that will help him be a great driver on the road. I set up an appointment for my son through Juan. He was professional and courteous on the phone. They pick up your child at their high school (after school), and after driving for 2 hours, take them back to your home. They confirmed appts by text, and showed up on time . My son said that the car they used was clean and comfortable, and his instructor was nice and gave him useful driving tips. They also did a mock Dmv driving test at the Dmv (after hours). The price for the six hour lessons is $195.00, it was the lowest price i could find, and worth it. My son now has his certificate for the Dmv. read more

Easy to reach Juan's and they set up online driver's Ed for both of our boys without us having to come in. Flexible hours for coming in to take the comprehensive practice exam. Set up the first 2-hour driving lesson for the day after the actual test. Picked them up after school and did the basics to get them started so I didn't have to. Then brought them home. I called to make an appointment for my daughter's 6 hours behind the wheel and he gave me 2 options in order for her to be done by May. She can miss school and take during the day or if that wasn't an option he wouldn't be able to get her done until mid July. Missing school should not be an option given. No thanks. I'm a very picky scared father of three daughters. Juan's Driving School came highly recommended. So naturally before my kid got behind the wheel with a complete stranger I wanted to share everything I could on my own. She did pretty good for me, but after only two hours with them I was shocked how thorough they go over everything. In the first two hours the stuff she learned was incredible. After her lesson she is very excited and her confidence was through the roof. Which is extremely important to me. This is the last of my three daughters learning to drive and I only wish I would have found them sooner. Immediately when we got in the car again together the two Hand turning along with many other skills were spot-on. Stuff I didn't even think of. I was super nervous because I had seen some reviews that weren't too positive but I figured I should give it a shot and I do not regret it. One thing that kind of sucked was having to pay for my lessons when they called to answer a couple of questions. I did ask if I could call back the next day when I got paid to pay for the classes, the gentlemen said I had to pay right then so I asked for a second and got the money out of savings but my instructor was extremely nice. I feel bad for already forgetting her name. It started with an L. She made me feel very comfortable with driving on the street and helped me a lot. Plus absolutely loved the conversations as they would keep me from getting extremely nervous. For COVID, they make sure you're wearing a mask and gloves, take your temp and put sanitizer on your gloves and ask you questions about where stuff is outside of the car.
