The setup and teardown on our wedding day went so smooth, they set everything up exactly how I envisioned it and everything looked amazing. We rented their farmhouse style tables, chairs, a dance floor, all the place setting items, and an area rug and everything turned out so great! Thanks Portland PartyWorks! You brought the "party" for our on-campus work event with your array of inflatable fun and equipment. It was a great outdoor, mid-pandemic distraction during a workday ... and everything you promised it would be ... of course, after I signed the waiver and got my wristband. BTW, I suck at archery ... and axe throwing (this a thing?), and other dangerous "sports involving weaponry" ... so, it's no real surprise (to me or my mother) that I really suck at the inflatable "safe" plastic archery and axe throwing. Luckily, that infamous 2012 incident involving little Jimmy and Mrs. Wilkerson wasn't repeated as no one got hurt, put an eye out, or had to induce vomiting. The main thing to remember about Portland PartyWorks ... besides that they showed up on-time & on-budget ... is that the key to a safe party is to "stop, drop, and roll" with the fun. When our…read moreoriginal plans fell through, I called Events Unlimited's Portland office and inquired about their availability. The phone call was quick and informative -- and we were able to arrange to rent the cabinet for the event, which was only two weeks away. The pricing was very reasonable, considering it included delivery and set up. Delivery was very prompt (they delivered on the early end of the window they quoted us) and they handled set up and pick up of the arcade machine without needing to interface with us at the event at all. I also found them to be very responsive to both our emails and calls. One small drawback of working with Events Unlimited is that they were not able to confirm final delivery time until the Friday before the wedding (the day before) -- because they had to finalize their delivery schedule. However, they did call us that day as promised and we were able to work with them to arrange a delivery timeline that worked for all of us.

After coming back from our honeymoon it took leaving several messages, texting Paul and posting reviews online to get to this point. In a phone conversation on July 19th Paul told me that it was in the contract that he could keep that money for 30 day. So, yes legally he's covered because finally he gave us our money back on July 21, 2019. This information is my person experience with this business.
