Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install. I kept putting off the repair so the damage had gotten pretty bad (see first two pictures). I finally contacted TMD and glad I did! Yensay & his crew did a great job. They replaced all the damaged bricks as well as cleaned up the existing bricks (see third picture). Yensay was straightforward in letting us know the bricks of our house have been discontinued so we wouldn't be able to get an exact match. He brought over samples and worked with us to find the closest match to our liking. The crew started early in the morning each day and cleaned up when the project was finished.
