They got back with me promptly and arraigned to come out for a quote. The quote was reasonable and I made arrangements for them to come back and install my new gate and fence. They were very busy at six to eight weeks out on scheduling the date. We agreed on a date about eight weeks out. They showed up on time and installed my new double gate and fence between my house and the neighbors. I am very happy with the results! I wouldn't hesitate to use the again. My job was new fencing. But, they also do fence repair.

they offer free estimates for roof repair or roof…read more replacement. guy came out was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. only downside is they only work during "bankers" hours, meaning they only work 9 to 5pm, and no weekends. if call after 5pm, you will get an answering service, who will take a message. none of the roofers will return your calls after 5pm. this makes it extremely difficult for anyone working regular job to schedule a time to meet with a roofer to have them look at and discuss any roofing problems, and forces you to take time off work to meet with them.

Though both neighbors have dogs and allowed their dogs to go on our property constantly they would never help with repairs. And had to deal with chasing the neighbors dogs off our property to keep them from using the bathroom on our lawn and to keep one dog from chasing my daughter. We have a pretty big back yard and BFF actually repaired more of the fence than I was expecting in a very professional way. The owner was super friendly too. They got everything done within hours. I said no problem, and scheduled time to come back next week. the next week, both brothers and their carpenter arrived, their carpenter looked over the needed structural repair work. then they said they would get back to me within a couple of days with both the carpenters and their roof replacement free written estimates. then sadly, after that is when all went downhill. they did not get back to me with the free written estimates within a couple days, that never happened. 1) only after my repeated phone calls, and after leaving them several messages, did they ever several "weeks" later get back to me, then give me a bunch of excuses for their delays, then finally sent me the "sent by text message, and not written as promised" the free written estimates. 2) they said they could get my roof replaced, for free, because they knew and were "personal friend" with my insurance agent. they said that they had done this several times successfully in the past with their other customers. however, this never happened, they dropped the ball again, they did not get me a free roof replacement. when I asked them what happened all I was given were even more excuses. 3) finally, after weeks and weeks of delays and tons of excuses, I contacted them and respectfully told them was not going to use them. they acted all surprised and offended, and of course did not offer any apology for all the delays and no apology for their ton of excuses. sadly, these brothers roofing service is nothing like their tv ads proclaim, they are not a "top quality" roofing company. customer beware, horrible customer service.
