This was an easier trip, but I have to say the prices here don't particularly strike me as very low. However, when Tess, the general manager, came over she told me that they all look like this, and that it's not that bad; see photos again - literally missing pieces. She treated me like a problem and acted like she was doing me a favor by offering in-store credit rather than giving me the money back so I can get it elsewhere cause I needed it the next day. Do better Tess, some people are/were loyal customers, and this was an unreasonable response to this problem. I'm a contractor by trade and spend tens of thousands of dollars per year on building supplies, consider that business lost Menards.

We had an entire house of new Andersen replacement windows installed 1 year ago and it's been…read morenothing but poor installation and lack of accountability. Immediately after installation we noticed that 2 windows wouldn't open without us having to push on the windowpane to get the window open. One window crank mechanism is defective, and it is clunky to open. On 4 windows when you try to lock the window, the window lifts up in order to lock. There have been 3 technician appointments but none of them resolved the issue because the wrong parts were ordered. To fix the windows that wouldn't open, the technician bent the drip edge and said it was too long and it needed to be replaced. One other appointment was rescheduled due to a scheduling issue with the technician, and he never showed up for the rescheduled appointment. I've left several messages for the scheduler and she stopped returning calls. I've sent countless emails to Braeden Aikten (Installation Coordinator) and copied the salesperson, Stewart Hansen, but there is not much for follow through. I've been told by Braeden that it is Andersen's fault for sending the wrong part. I was told by Stewart that he was going to escalate this. I trusted The Home Depot to finish the work so I paid them in full. I have no recourse with them other than to start leaving reviews of the crappy service that I've received. I have 2 friends that want new windows and they asked about my experience. Needless to say, they won't be ordering windows from The Home Depot.
