As Raquel mentioned, the garden center is larger than most, and I love that they often have racks and racks of flowers and plants out in front of the store to advertise their large offering in the garden department. The staff here is friendly without being pushy (which is definitely different than some other Ace stores). Knowledgeable and friendly, pretty much everything you'd want from a neighborhood hardware store. Be sure to sign up for the Ace Rewards program if you're not a member.

Guy on phone asks for my phone number to lookup receipt, he "cant find it" asks for the sales clerks name off recipient, "finds" my Order, puts me on hold for a 2nd time only to come back and say he needs his manager to cancel the order (ok what good are you? You have no authority to cancel an order??). Manager is "busy" and has to call me back. Calls me back 15 min later to tell me the order is "processing" and therefore cant cancel the order. What a greedy, petty company. Charging $12 shipping something that is free shipping by other vendors. Then playing games and lying to keep my $12! I will return this item immediately after getting it and still save $30. This is my first and last time ever shopping at this place. A $12 dollar lesson i suppose. We even payed more to use Hamel than a competitor. The Marvin windows and doors were of high quality, but installation was extremely poor. They ruined the plaster on our walls and tried to tell us it was because the house was old. We had other windows installed by a different contractor without issue, so we know it wasn't due to the old plaster. The trim on the exterior wasn't appropriately applied and they used significant "gobs" of caulk to fill gaps. Cleanup was poor and I had to spend quite a bit of time sweeping and picking up nails in my yard. They tried to remedy, but the workmanship of the fixes left much to be desired and created additional issues. I would not use or recommend them.

Disappointed!!! I…read morepurchased a grill at Lowes, Maple Grove, that was supposed to come fully assembled and be delivered to my home. However, the grill arrived not fully assembled. We had planned a gathering at our home and expected to use the grill today, but that was not possible due to the condition in which it arrived. When I called the store, the only solution offered was to have the grill picked up and replaced with a fully assembled one on the next available delivery date, Saturday, 3/28/2026. I understand that mistakes can happen, and this would not have been a major issue if I didn't have plans for today. Unfortunately, because of this situation, I had to go out and purchase another grill from a different store in order to proceed with our planned event.

Not only was i returning these aluminum rams but, I was also picking up an appropriate size of aluminum ramps. Brian helped me load the lager ramps onto my cart. Processed the transactions efficiently and even gave me two funsize dark chocolate bars, which was a nice sweet treat. My visit was fast, easy and pleasant. Finally got the furniture we ordered. After two beds were delivered broken, Bob's sent out a repair…read moreperson 10 days after the initial delivery. All they could do is confirm that the two beds were not fixable. Uh, yes, your delivery assembly team told you that already. I thought they were coming out with new parts to fix the two beds. Nope. Next they promised to send new beds the following week. Following week, the King replacement worked, but the new Queen bed that was delivered was also unable to be assembled. I told the rep on the phone that I wanted all of it returned and my money refunded because I'm concerned about how long this furniture will last if it can't even get delivered without being broken. He offered a small refund of a portion of our bill and promised to assemble the next bed ahead of time to ensure no issues. The following week, the bed was once again not working, and had obvioisly not been assembled before delivery as promised. This time my husband who is an aviation engineer and DIY handyman around the house helped troubleshoot the assembly and managed to get the drawers installed and working (for now). We had guests coming the next day so weren't able to restart the furniture search. I'm just grateful my husband was able to troubleshoot the furniture. We will not ever shop at Bob's again. The 2 stars is because their delivery teams, their repair person, their salesperson at the store and their customer service teams were all extremely nice. Bob's just doesn't make good furniture. That's a problem. Three Queen deliveries and 3 were unrepairable or needing to be repaired. Unacceptable.
