Wound up spending way more than what I anticipated and the product that I expected was not installed. I was promised a pull-up type of shade which is great because my wife is only 5'2" and it would be difficult for her to reach that high to pull it down otherwise. I was sent to this store from another Sherwin Williams in the area. At the other location the…read moreemployee assisted me thoroughly and looked up my previous order so that I could get the same exact paint. Unfortunately- he didn't have the paint so he called this location and they said they had it. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.
