On 08/02/2026 around 12:30 PM, I went to the Warner Robins location to return a blender I bought…read moreless than 30 days ago. The associate, Laura, refused to process the return and told me the item was "no longer in the system." She opened the box, checked everything, confirmed it was unused and undamaged, and still insisted she could not do anything. She then claimed the blender had been "purged in 2024," which makes absolutely no sense because I purchased it in 2026. When that explanation fell apart, she told me I should drive to the Macon store to return it, even though I bought it at the Warner Robins store. There is no reason anyone should have to travel to another city to return an item to the store where it was purchased. She offered no store credit and made no effort to help. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how she treats paying customers, I can only imagine how many people she has pushed away and how much business this store is losing because of behavior like this. HomeGoods needs to address this situation. Customers should not have to deal with contradictory explanations and refusal to help when trying to return an item they legitimately purchased

In arriving at this place, don't let the small store front fool you. While not very wide, it's deep (almost makes one think they're entering a tunnel). Upon walking into the store, I was greeted almost immediately by an elderly gentleman (possibly the owner). Like other Antique shops, this one too is divided into "little rooms". But, was very clean.
