Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. The painters did poor sloppy work getting paint all over the hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances. they missed a closet and closet doors. did poor drywall repair in some areas. Missed some windows to be caulked. The owner became belligerent and argumentative raising his voice and threating. He refused to finish one job until I met him with a check. I ended up having to clean up the paint splatter myself and redo some of the work I paid them to do. Very poor and unprofessional.

I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn't be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.

Buyers Beware In April of 2021, my mother met Mr. Rett…read moreWalker (owner) at her residence to measure for flooring installation services from his business. The day that she set for installment, she went out of town until the install was completed. His technician, John, installed the chosen tile (my mother wasn't present). Shortly after install, the tiles started to pop up. My mother contacted Mr. Walker for resolution. He sent John back out to address the issue. At this time, John mentioned there is an issue with the floor and possible reason for the tiles popping up. During John's first visit and installation of the tile, he never mentioned anything about a subfloor issue. John communicated to Mr. Walker that he did, but my mother was not present. First, this is a huge integrity issue. Second, John should have mentioned this prior to the install. After John repaired the first time, more tiles started to pop up. My mother chose this business to provide expert advice prior to the install. If this had been done, she could have made an informed decision of additional services required. She's now in a situation where there is a huge safety concern due to improper installation. My mother's kitchen was a safety hazard. She was afraid of falling. My mother is a 77-year-old senior citizen. My mother reached out to Mr. Walker on multiple occasions without reply. There is an expectation for customer service levels to be equal before and after the sale. During the communication between my mother and Mr. Walker, he advised her that John (technician) quit after working for him for 10 years. Also, he requested for her to get a quote from another business to be reimbursed. My mother got a quote and work was being scheduled. She called him on September 21st, but his wife Mrs. Molly Walker advised her that he was on the Airforce base working, but she will let him know. My mother spoke with Ms. Molly Walker about the refund in the amount of $1365.00 which is the amount that she paid for the tile only. My mother was advised by her contractor that they will not be able to reuse the tile; therefore, he can come and get the tile. My mother asked Mr. Walker to make her whole by accepting his responsibility. After about 6 months of trying get resolution, Mr. Walker agreed only to pay $385.44 to help pay for the subfloor. We spoke with Mr. Walker on September 30th, we made it clear to him that she's not asking him to reimburse her for the subfloor because John didn't damage the subfloor. As previously stated, my mother is looking for the reimbursement of the unusable tile due to your technician's (John) improper installation. The installation should have never taken place due to the condition of the subfloor. John did not mention this to anyone and installed the tile anyway. This left her with unusable tile. My mother didn't cause the problem, his technician caused the problem, but Mr. Walker doesn't think his company is responsible for his technician's improper installation. I would give zero star but it wouldn't let me.
