I needed almost everything for my home. In the past, I just window shopped this business, but decided this time I would go inside and see exactly what I was missing. I was pleasantly surprised to find their furniture, beds and many other items for the home of good quality. Another impressive thing about this store was the owner/employee's. All were exceptional. They were very helpful and extremely courteous. The young lady who assisted me could not have been more pleasant. I was never pressured into buying anything . If you prefer, one on one attention, they will be more then happy to oblige. However, if you wanted to just look and not be hassled, they gladly will let you venture through the store, on your own, and look. Visit this business' showroom and then give your opinion. Well as you can see from photo and beautiful dark blue is also available. You will notice there are no tags to identify the products source so that you can search on line for the best deal or quality of the product before purchase. If we had shopped on line we would have save $600 on each piece and had product in 2 to 4 weeks. Follow up calls resulted in "We will call you when its ready" Not until we pushed did we get a call saying it was being built the next day and would ship to us in a week. Customer service extremely lacking and the Guardsman Protection plan is a waste of money. over 600 complaints with the Grand Rapids location in 3 years. All rating where a one because they couldn't give them a "0". Save you money and shop else where.

She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick the most amazing mattresses! My husband and I picked a queen (which was in stock!) and our son got a full, which needed to be ordered and was due to come in the following week..well they gave us a very nice mattress to use until his came in! Shout out to Linda (running a tight ship!) she is so sweet and so so helpful and accommodating! The delivery went so smoothly, the two young men that delivered were absolutely wonderful and very professional! I cannot say enough positive things to say about this store and the staff. They had a decent selection, and I easily found a dining table I wanted at a reasonable price. I also saw a nice TV stand that I may go back for. I plan on upgrading my sofas in the future, and I was sort of disappointed they didn't have more modern-style items...or at least they didn't have the specific look I'm going for for my living room.
