We met with Kevin the supervisor in the appliance section. He has been there for fifteen years and is very knowledgeable. We were very grateful he was working today because he was very helpful. We were very happy with our purchase of a LG washer and dryer set. It will be here Wednesday and for the first time ever I will say I can't wait to wash my clothes. Haha!! I had two gentlemen helping me find all the pieces and parts that I needed in a hurry. I didn't think it was going to be possible to find what I needed to fix the walker at any hardware store. I thought I would have to order it online at the company and wait. I was pleasantly surprised with all the assistance and help that I got from these two gentlemen putting things together and figuring it out. I was able to fix the walker on the spot, Ace Hardware might be the cheapest place to buy things, but they definitely are more than willing to help and also carry special items that you can't find elsewhere. If I had gone to a regular giant hardware store, I never would've put this together myself. this is a great little homestore love it.

I had been looking for a television stand for a newly purchased 75 inch Samsung and was conflicted about where to buy one. After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

My first visit here easily would have deserved five stars but then again I had a male associate…read morehelp me the first time and two completely different women the second visit (which dropped this to a two star review). During my first visit, the male associate was kind enough to let me barrow a large portable pamphlet of all their colors so I could easily pick out paint for my new home. Although I was not inspired by any of the 300 plus colors, I did appreciate the useful tool & his knowledge of product. However, when I went back to this store, I had brought a catalog I picked up at the Hartville Hardware Store that stated this catalog was created by Sherwin Williams on the back. Little did I know that the company uses other competitors colors in their catalogs in hopes of matching that companies color with one of their own. This seems incredibly strange and shady to me but this is what one of the female associates explained to me when I showed her the color name & code I wanted from the catalog. I was disappointed because even though she provided three samples of colors she thought was similar, this meant more leg work for me as I would have to drive all the way back to Brimfield & waste more time trying to match colors. She then became irritated when I tried to compromise and showed her another sample I had from design magazine...stating that they can't match the colors because the magazine is glossy and it has to be a non glossy image. The image even said who made the paint and what color code it was- I was told by the male associate that they can match anyones colors :( However, she did offer to make a small sample of paint I could take with me to compare lighting,etc... but I waited over 10 minutes before I was acknowledge...both female employees were too busy talking about what to get for lunch & Grey's Anatomy. Then the second girl stood at the desk fiddling with some type of machine for over 15 minutes , looked up & saw me but continued to ignore me. It wasn't until I got mad & started walking away that the first associate asked if I needed help- seriously! What do you think I just spent over 20 minutes waiting at your counter for- sh*ts & giggles?
