They have tools. They have lawn and garden equipment and supplies. They have equipment rental. Paint too. The service is excellent and the staff knows you. The prices are good and the variety is surprisingly good considering the size.

In the end, they all realized the item had been priced incorrectly. I told the cashier Matthew how much I appreciated his helpfulness. I also nicely told the floor supervisor Aaron how he could have better handled the situation. He was a young kid. He was okay and apologized. The store manager Kyreena was was not helpful at all. I was overall very disappointed with the management at this location. Shockingly unhelpful and extremely apathetic to a price discrepancy. I know everyone is tired, etc, but the way to the top is to place a high priority on customer care. Target on Freedom Drive did a fantastic job in a similar situation just last night. Kyreena may benefit from some PR training for herself and her supervisors.

We recently bought a Samsung stove and it had a scratch on it. They dropped it off installed it and when my wife came home she immediately saw the scratch on the stove. It was small and up on the metal where the controls were. She called them right up and they came to pick it up. They saw the scratch and instead of reinstalling our old stove... they said, "use this stove for 30 days. When yours comes in, we will switch it out." I received a text notification Friday the 11th that my order was on its way. Today, Saturday Nov 12 at 2:00PM (2 hours after the delivery window) I get a call from someone at the store telling me that my order hasn't even been pulled because online sales and the store doesn't work well together. Whatever that means. So I wasted two weeks waiting on an order they didn't plan to fulfill. I would have preferred to be told "sorry, you're not worth our time" up front so I could shop somewhere else while the weather was still good. DO NOT order anything online. DO NOT fall for their delivery scam. Go to Menards.
